The 1960 CONSTTUIOON, ammended by 1963...was done by a few of our poltical elite dominated by the big three tribes and written with the aid of the british. It was not written by a large constituent assembly unlike the 1999 constitution which was based on the 1979 constitution which was written by a constituient assembly which was more broadly representative than that which worte our independence constituion

And anyway, both constituions...1960 AND 1999 consttuions are VERY VERY IMPERFECT...which is why there is allowance for things like AMENDMENTS.....

The US constituton was written by American whites not by their colonial masters the English, and as I said, it was not subject ot a vote, nor did women or minorites have any impact on the constituion.
