It actually depends on the kind of lifestyle you had in your teens, 20's and early 30's that later carries on to resultant negative health issues in your 40's and upwards. My dad is 65 but looks 50 because he takes very good care of himself, actively exercises and eats healthy. Doesn't drink sodas or alcohol and doesn't smoke.
