I found a medicine used for treating yeast infection in her house, I told her why she had that medicine and she said her ex took her to the hospital for medical checkup sometime ago.
I asked why they needed a medical check up and she said the ex usually gets this offensive smell during sex.

So her ex did have a similar experience, meaning she's been having this foul smell for a while now.

So what is now ur advise ?

It's definitely an infection. Take her to a good lab for a proper test. And abstain from having sex with her till you know what's really going on.
