The issue is dat Nigerians r very gud @ copyin d rung tin.the HND/Bsc shit started in UK/Britain in which the polytechnic system ws made 2 meet d physical manpower of an industry, and after years of running the programs,they found out dat both grades represents each other in some ways and they made it equalled.
Sinced nigerians r known 4 copyin d system which we happily did,, d same mentality did not occur 2 dem 2 change annd amend as d changes ve bin made,, they didnt, instead dey continued in discriminatin b/w both grades,
