MBA Candidates

1. Will do a CBT exams computer based test
2. Normally 70 Questions for 50 Mins
3. consisting of Business-maths, English and Current affairs
(bet questions on terrorist, health issues, Last Elections, political players and Unilag etc)
4. Normally Obj questions
5. No use of calculators
5. Repetition of questions is about 70%
(past questions should guide u on this)

Area of problem for candidates: for last year its was english as most candidtaes were taken unawares of the english analogy questions
MY ADVISE: READ PAST Q and Answers, basic business maths and listen to NEWS and follow the materials i will recommend and send to the Online class.



MILR/IRPM candidates

1. CBT exams all will do same exams
2. Normally 60 questions
3. consisting of Business-maths(20),
English (20) and labour-human resources questions(20)
(past questions shld guide u on this)
4. Normally Obj questions
5. Repetition of questions is about 85%

Area of problem for candidates: Maths and Human resource questions
MY ADVISE: READ PAST Q and Answers and basic maths also if you can lay ur hands on HR books


M.Sc. Management Candidates
1. CBT exams
2. Normally 60 questions 45 mins
3. consisting of Business-maths
English and management questions 20 qrts each
(past questions shld guide u on this)
4. all Obj questions
5. Repetition of questions is about 75%

MY ADVISE: READ PAST Q and Answers and basic maths also if you can lay ur hands on Mgt books

if u did not pay in the school bank it takes time to get activated, like 24hours latest, but in school it is instant!

its the same. all the bank are connected through a network. ts depends on various banks and their regular wahala. But good tip bro.

Don't know about your department. But I submitted my print out to my department where I was asked to write down my name on a list with other names. Even the people I met while looking for PQ asked me to submit to the department. Maybe you should verify

dont be fooled na wash.
when the time comes you will be asked to submit your documents after exams, but this one you just did, its formality, and dont count for anything, because its wont be used.

My fear is the i studied economics education. i do not know if i will eligible straight up or will be asked to do a Postgraduate course first. please i need an advice from someone.Also to know if the form is on sale now.

you are not eligible for IRPM but for MILR which is the part time of IRPM

Thanks for the good work of keeping everyone updated. Just want to make some clarifications

1. You mentioned that the Fee for PT is 150K. Please confirm is this the total for the whole programme? or one has to pay 150K twice since the PT programme run for 2yrs?
2. You also mention that NYSC Cert is not required at this stage, but while filling the form, one is being asked to upload the Cert. Can I just bypass this and go ahead to submit the Application?
3. I would like to have the Past Question for Msc Business Management. Kindly PM me your number,so we can talk and come pick it up.

1. N150k per year if 2 year, yes u pay twice.
2. Nysc is necessary but if you will pass out in sept then ure good as done, becos by the time they will required your certificate, it will be ready then.

1. WROTE THEORY EXAMS IN 2015
2. 3 QUESTIONS TO ANSWERS ONE
3. consisting of current socio economics ISSUEs with a proposal topic
4. Repetition of questions is about 60%

Area of problem for candidates: socio issues to write on might come in relevant national discourse which you are nt well versed
MY ADVISE: Study past Q and solutions and read wide, pay attention to national issues.

Hi Kalan & Droyel. Nice work u are doin here.. Advice needed urgently for a friend.

1) She studied Zoology and graduated with 3.30 GPA but due to her work (8:5pm, Mon to Fri). She wants to go for the part time program but the courses she prefer only have full time option.
The courses are Msc in Parasitology and Bioinformatics, Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Management or Medical Microbiology and Parasitology.
•Do you know if the class for these courses are flexible, one she can do without resigning from work? OR any out of the 3 that is flexible?

2) The course she is considering for part time also has a clause which is MSC in Public Health, Health Management option(one must have 3yrs experience in a relevant field- which she doesn't have)....Can she still apply?

3) The only course that applies to her for part time without a clause or any issue is the Professional masters in environmental management which she doesn't really like nor understand "the professional masters added to it".. Pls is the professional masters different from the masters?

there is no best course in career pursuits. what makes u complete may not make me.
its all about purpose, passion and vision.
so i advise what do you want to do, regardless. except u are asking what course will help u make money. fast

if that is the case, many things are involved, not just the course, the school, the person and the opportunities.

Unfortunately, ECO grads are the worst hit in this new rules, very few courses is open to them.
sorry Eco grads are not eligible for
Msc marketing.
Msc Finance,
Msc Management

but eligible for
Msc PRODUCTION AND OPERATION Mgt,
Msc Operational Research,
Msc Risk Mgt and Insurance,
Msc Actuarial,
Msc IRPM,
MSC Economics,
Msc PUBLIC HEALTH and

almost all Professional courses like
MBA,
MPIA,
MILR,
MPA,
MDSS

and many more.

2ndlt why will unilag suddenly deny b.sc accounting from running m.sc finance?

any edit after submission attracts N1k. so that is the way forward, visit the IT dept in PG school with your N1k and it will be open for rectification. if I were you i will hold on before submitting.

The change of rules, was because, loads of non-finance grad that take the course, seems to fail a lot and drags the dept back. hence the stringent rules.

This is not the time for transcript, transcript is required after admission, not now.

Its stated in the application guide:

"All academic Transcripts must reach the secretary school of postgraduate studies, on or before the BEGINNING OF REGISTRATION"

That is the statement, and registration has not started, what we have now, is APPLICATION.

REGISTRATION IS AFTER YOU HAVE ADMISSION during screening .

anyways, some people wont still get it, if you insist the address is in that statement

Note if statement was not intended then why mention transcripts. As u either have cert or transcript
