questions are questions, either current or old, most times old are better than new, because examiners like to go to the archive to get question since most of them are lazy. when preparing for exams always take all materials you can lay your hands on.

for last year the format was short questions ans answers like fill in the gab. 40 questions i guess. previously its long 100 objectives questions.

Is it possible to do any professional masters degree in UNILAG without the required work experience? e.g. Im interested in the Masters in Security and Intelligence studies, but I dont have the required 3 years of work experience? Thanks

some are strict some are relax, like MBA.
this course is a new course they might have set it up for a particular group of people, who have been clamoring for it. however, because its new there is room for improvement.

get to the dept and ask properly, talk to a lecturer than those secretaries.

if you try loading and cant view, try reducing it until u can view it. no one size fits all

Normally after july 31st, there will be 2 weeks of extention so after dat another 2 weeks is exams, likely August ending

This is dicey to say YES or NO.

NORMALLY Unilag admission will be in NOV/DEC, but times do change, so if you can take the risk go ahead and obtain the form, But viewers discretion is advised!

for other questions, Msc ECO is 12 months, fee is 75k MSC Finance is 3 semester ie 18 months and fees is N100k

DONT DO IT!
Unilag does not play with original certificate. even if you scored 100/100 in the exams, without your ORIGINAL CERT during admission your admission will be withdrawn

Take it from me as someone who knows.

dont ever build your life on what people say without first getting expert opinion.
dont make major decision that concern your life from just what anybody says through guesswork. its dangerous.
even if they say no, always find a way to say yes.

you are very very much qualify for msc finance with or without corporate finance- there is no way you will do economics without macro and micro economics classes with a bit of corporate finance spice in there. that proviso was written for those who did Business admin.

you dont need to come to Unilag to do your registration. its 99% online apart from going to the bank. most Banks like Wema and GTB are faster to deal with.

I'm an Economics graduate (not from Unilag) and currently interested in M.sc Finance, which is available at the school. While my degree made the cut, there's an additional requirement stated thus: "(ii) In addition to the above, basic courses in Corporate Finance are required."

I can't remember specifically taking Corporate Finance courses. Do I still stand any chance at all?

That's why I said I think. I am not sure. Mr Kalan will throw more light, but the cert. issue wouldn't bother me at all cos even at work people use statement of result in lieu of certificate and that am sure of.
Lastly I think most school believe anyone can forge cert. that's why they prefer to get your transcript directly from the school as evidence that u passed thru the school.

Hi, cert is more important than statement.
you can use statement to apply, but make sure your cert is ready for registration else you forfeit the admission. transcript is needed during registration not application, the stage we are in now is application. hope it helps everyone.
