I was trying to give emphasis on how there is more fabric to a kilt than the tight wrapper this guy is wearing. Flared or pleated we usually get volume at the bottom.

This is what bottoms of kilts normally looks like.

It may have pleats all round

it may just have a couple pleats on each side but in the end all of them are wider at the bottom. There should be enough room to spread your legs,

shevon: Pally a Kilt is not flared, it is (sometimes) pleated. Besides, modern day Kilts are made exactly like his own. Try to keep up with the trend.

The kilts I've see are flared(believe me, It's common where I am) not a full blown flare but a couple of inches more fabric than the one this guy is wearing. That dude's skirt is too tight, looks like he just used a wrapper and held it up with pins. You need to keep up with trends mate. Over sabi
