Investment10 Mindsets Of Billionaires by Kangol99(op): 4:29pm On Jul 10, 2016
What is it that truly separates the wealthy from the poor? What about super wealthy? And by super wealthy I mean people who have accumulated a level of wealth that seems almost beyond most ordinary people. It is a very old psychological sleight of hand that the way you think, the thoughts you experience on a daily basis are crucial to accumulating wealth. Without the specific mindsets and beliefs that are designed for creating wealth you’ll never create any wealth.

This is the foundation that separates all wealthy people from the rest. The foundation that begins in the mind is always the first step. Now I’m not saying that if you simply develop these mindsets you are going to become a billionaire or accumulate any sort of wealth because action also needs to be taken for this to happen. For wealth conducive activities to occur, there needs to be a solid foundation set in place that begins in the mind first.

Here specific mindsets about wealth that all billionaires share.

1. Not viewing failure as failure
Billionaires and other wealthy people do not view failure as failure and that it’s game over. Alternatively, they simply see it as a stumbling block to success and one that provides opportunities to learn from. All billionaires failed numerous times in their quest to accumulate their wealth but they viewed it as a learning opportunity to help them achieve their dreams and their goals. Henry Ford sums it up best, “Failure is just a resting place. It is an opportunity to begin again more intelligently.”

2. They don’t believe in giving up
All billionaires are incredibly persistent probably to the point of being almost obsessive and crazy – but it’s this mindset that helps them get to where they are today. They are committed to achieving their vision and their goals and won’t give up until they accomplish them. Here is Steve Jobs thoughts on persistence,”I’m convinced that about half of what separates successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance.”

3. They think and dream big
If you don’t set yourself a big dream then you are never going to achieve it. It’s that simple. If you want to become a billionaire you need to set your sights high, work hard and smart to make your dreams a reality. In the words of Donald Trump,”I like thinking big. If you’re going to be thinking anything then you might as well think big.”

4. They have empowering mindsets about wealth
As has already been alluded to in this post, the mindset you have about money in the foundation for accumulating wealth. Anyone who is wealthy has an empowering mindset about money. They believe that being wealthy is a good thing. They are comfortable with money. They are comfortable spending it. In fact, they love money. If you don’t develop an empowering mindset about wealth you’ll never accumulate it.

5. They believe they create their destiny
A billionaire believes that they can create their future using a combination of their thoughts followed by massive action. This is a big difference to the ordinary citizen who meanders through life with the belief that life just happens to them and that they should just ‘accept their lot in life.’

6. They take responsibility for their results
No matter whether it’s failure or success billionaires take responsibility for their results. Even when they experience failures and setbacks they do and they don’t do it because they like it. They do it because psychologically, it acknowledges to the mind that they also have the power to turn a negative result around.

7. They don’t believe in playing it safe
Billionaires play the money game to win. Do you? This certainly doesn’t mean they are reckless with their money but they aren’t approaching opportunities with a mindset of not losing what they have or being comfortable with what they have but rather trying to find ways to become rich.

8. They know and believe there is an abundance of wealth
They know that their is wealth everywhere in the universe and that you can accumulate it only if you provide massive value to other people. They believe that there is enough for everyone and this is stark in contrast to the ordinary person who believes money is hard to come by.

9. They believe and know that your IQ and education means nothing
Money doesn’t care about educational qualifications, credentials, or IQ. Money comes to those who find opportunities and create value and all billionaires know and believe that this is how to accumulate wealth. They know it’s the market that determines where the wealth goes and if you can tap into that opportunity then you can create wealth.

10. They believe wealth comes to you if you help other people
If you can help enough people solve a specific problem that they are having and you can do it on a large enough scale then you can create more wealth. Billionaires know and believe that if you can help enough people get what they want then you can create massive wealth.

Zig Ziglar sums this mindset up best, “You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”

We know that billionaires are a unique type of people. All billionaires in the world share these specific mindsets about wealth that ordinary people don’t.

While adopting these mindsets doesn’t imply you’ll become a billionaire in your lifetime, it will certainly create for you a foundation in your own mind from where you can begin accumulating wealth and that can make all the difference. Ultimately, it is up to you to change your circumstances.

BusinessWhy Most People Will Never Achieve The Success They Desire by Kangol99(op): 2:25pm On Jul 09, 2016
WHY MOST PEOPLE WILL NEVER ACHIEVE THE SUCCESS THEY DESIRE
=============================================

I was hanging out the other day with a few friends and neighbors and somewhere along the line our discussion shifted to money and success.

I was of the opinion that all human beings have the capacity and capabilities to achieve all we desire in our hearts but the problem most people have is that they do not “PUSH HARD” & Never think of WORKING SMART as enough to achieve what they desire. Others disagreed with me (my neighbors actually, because I don’t make friends with negative thinkers). They opined that some people actually have more capabilities to succeed than the others. I don’t agree with this in any form whatsoever.

I Don’t Believe God Created Any Inferior Human Being! I strongly believe that He created us with maximum potentials to achieve all we can conceive with our minds.

I like the way Joel Osteen made an illustration to explain this point. I’ll use my own words though. Imagine you have just bought a new car, maybe a Toyota Corolla. You get on the third mainland bridge and you’re speeding at 120km/hour. You’re going past all the other cars and you are feeling like Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton combined. Then all of a sudden, another Toyota Corolla with the same model, age, colour and everything you can think of goes past you like you were standing still. The car was going at 160km/hour and it zipped past you in flash. Now, think about this. You’re driving the same type of car and he moved faster than you. Did the manufacturers of the car produce a faster car for him and a slower car for you? Of course not!

The difference between the two of you is that the other guy pressed the accelerator harder than you did. That is the way it is with human beings. Because one person is moving ahead in life faster than you are does not mean that person is better than you.

It simply means you need to step on the accelerator harder so you too can catch up with him and achieve the success you crave.

Apart from not been aggressive for success enough, a lot of people are easily satisfied with what they have achieved. They get to a stage where they look back and begin to say things like
-I’ve done better than most people
- I’ve done better than my friends -
I’ve achieved more than my parents achieved They forget that if they relax, their momentum will stop and people will begin to pass them by.

You must have the attitude that no matter how far you’ve gone, the best is still in front of you. You need to keep pressing on so you don’t become a man of yesterday. I’m sure you have seen or heard of people that made a lot of money for themselves many years ago but now live in penury.

Most people will blame the Nigerian economy for such a downturn. Some others will blame the witches in their villages. While these factors and others are possible factors, I have found out that resting on ones laurels is a chief reason for stagnation.

Take a look at the lives of successful people, especially entrepreneurs. They are always coming up with new products, new ideas, new businesses and lots more. If those that are already made are stepping on the accelerator really hard, why in the whole world will you take it slowly?

My message to you today is this.
Keep pushing on.

BusinessMeet The Young Man Redefining Auto-parts Business In Nigeria by Kangol99(op): 8:53am On Jun 29, 2016
23-year-old Dairo Damilola Opeyemi who hails from Ibadan, Oyo State is the young Chief Executive Officer of Autofactorng, redefining auto-parts business in Nigeria.

In a country where buyers culturally show an overwhelming distrust of salesmen in the automotive industry, Dairo's innovative platform sells genuine auto- parts at affordable prices and delivers it to client's doorsteps nationwide with warranties on every item sold is no doubt a breath of fresh air to car users.

The young CEO's rise to becoming a nationwide auto- parts supplier in less than a year of establishing his firm is based largely on his passionate ingenuity to provide car users in the country with genuine alternative to both sub-standard and fairly used auto- parts, 'Tokunbo' which overtime leaves buyers cheated and unsatisfied.

After graduating from Bowen University in 2012, where he studied Physics and Solar Energy , Dairo who said he has always had a flare for cars ventured into the automotive industry in Nigeria by providing solutions in the aspect of car body repairs and painting.

"Like every other graduate, the next point of call for me after leaving school is to get a job, but I know there is actually none waiting out there for me. So I went for a three months training in a workshop on car painting and body repair after which I proceeded to doing the business itself and this noble step is what eventually led to the idea of 'Autofactorng'.

Citing that there are about 3 million cars in Lagos alone, Dairo lamented on how worrisome it is to find quality car parts in Nigeria. He explained that he had an experiential knowledge of this problem faced by car owners when he got into the painting and body works business, "to make things worse, some auto-parts dealers will end up telling you that fairly used parts are better than new ones, how possible can that be?" He queried. Dairo continued: "Tokunbo products are not new products, they are sold to users as genuine products which have been used and can never be better than new ones.

To understand this, just Imagine that you are using a year 2002 Toyota vehicle and you want to change the shock absorber and you purchase it it as a tokunbo, that means the part which was manufactured in 2002 has been used probably for 3 years and you are now purchasing it as a product in 2015.

What it means is that the shock absorber is 13 years old. Does it mean it is good or will last long? Where the problem lies for me with fairly used products, 'Tokunbos' is the fact that they are not safe.

The lifespan of fairly used products like that of their sub-standard counterparts can never be compared to getting new products from genuine manufacturers. This is the reason we are in this business to ensure that people get quality services for money spent in the auto market in Nigeria.

Convinced that he has all the know-how needed to transform the auto-part industry, Dairo revealed that he funded his idea with a start-up capital gotten from his personal savings and by sourcing funds from relatives, "believe me, it was not easy, pushing the dream to reality but overtime it paid off", he said. The soft-spoken entrepreneur said his joyous moments ever since he joined the league of business owners come when clients give inspiring testimonies about the quality of service delivery they enjoy from Autofactorng, "We have had several customers who call to say, they will no longer buy parts anywhere else except from Autofactorng, others say the whole idea is revolutionary and besides some companies are already requesting that we send them business proposals on partnerships. " Narrating the challenges encountered starting the business, he said, "One of the predominant challenges we faced was designing the exact website that best answer our audience needs,as well as, offer them more services than what is obtainable in the market."

Also, getting suppliers who stock genuine car parts was equally tasking because hardly can you find a one-stop- shop for all car parts, especially when an average car uses over 30,000 parts. Creating awareness about the website and building trust was also an issue, despite the fact that most car users don't trust their mechanics, they still believe it is better to stay with them than patronize a totally new approach to solving car related problems.

But we have been able to win clients overtime by rendering quality services." Despite his quick success Dairo said he has sustainability plans to keep his business growth. "Apart from taking orders online via very interactive platform, we are looking at having a strong presence offline, building a full blown auto-part store where you can walk in and out with all kinds of car accessories/ parts - fenders, engine blocks, batteries, tyres, etc. Assured that his firm, Autofactorng will in a few years actualise its dream of being the first auto part store in Nigeria, Dairo equally sees expansion into Ghana and other parts of Africa, "we are already getting calls outside Nigeria, most especially in Cotonou & Ghana and we have actually delivered products to Cotonou on several occassions." Asked if he has a special business philosophy or formula, he said; " I believe strongly in the acronym, P.O.P, which stands for Perseverance, Optimism and Positivism, this 3 keys will see a start-up through difficult stages which of course are inevitable in starting up any kind of business."

Business19 Bill Gates Quotes About Business And The Real World by Kangol99(op): 8:51am On Jun 09, 2016
19 BILL GATES QUOTES ABOUT BUSINESS AND REAL WORLD

Bill Gates began programming when he was just 13 years old. It would only be a few years later that he met Steve Jobs at the Homebrew Computer Club where these 2 boys would go on to change the world, both together and separately.

It was Bill’s technological innovation, keen business strategy that he and partner Paul Allen built the world’s largest software business, Microsoft. In the process, Gates became one of the richest men in the world.

Bill Gates recently gave a speech to high school students about things they will not learn in school. He talks about how the reality of the real world tends to be nothing like that described in the education system.

Bill Gates Quotes About The Real World

1. "Life is not fair – get used to it!"

2. "It’s fine to celebrate success but it’s more important to heed the lessons of failure."

3. "I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it."

BusinessThe Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Has Called Off Its Nationwide Strike. by Kangol99(op): 9:03pm On May 22, 2016
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has called off its nationwide strike.

The action which was taken on Wednesday failed to gain much traction. Speaking with journalists on Sunday, Ayuba Wabba president of the NLC, said that the union decided to suspend the action after making wide consultations.

“After an exhaustive deliberation, NEC noted its protest action was informed by the twin issues of the unjustified and illegal hike in electricity tariff and increase in the pump price of petroleum products,”he said.

“In consideration of the above, NEC after due consultation with its constituents resolved to suspend with immediate effect, the action it commenced on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. The action is thus hereby suspended.” According to Wabba, the union resolved to resume negotiations with the government on the new petrol price regime.

After unfruitful negotiations with the government over the increase in the price of petrol from N86.5 to N145, the NLC embarked on a nationwide industrial action and protests. But the Trade Union Congress (TUC) and a faction of the NLC led by Joe Ajaero pulled out of the action.

The decision of the NLC is coming just two days after Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), appealed to the union to suspend the action.
