I am preparing for fibroid surgery. Please What I pack for the hospital and what should I expect ......

How to prepare your Castor Oil Pack
Materials :
• One flannel cloth contained in the kit
• One bottle of Castor oil contained in the kit
• Plastic wrap cut one to two inches larger than the flannel (can be cut from a plastic bag)
• Hot water bottle
• Container with lid
• Old clothes or towel(to lie on) because Castor oil will stain clothing and bedding.

Step-by-step instructions :

1. Place the flannel in the container. Soak it in castor oil so that it is saturated, but not dripping.
2. Place the pack over the affected body part.
3. Cover with plastic.
4. Place the hot water bottle over the pack. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes. Rest while the pack is in place.
5. After removing the pack, cleanse the area with a dilute solution of water and baking soda.
6. Store the pack in the covered container in the refrigerator. Each pack may be reused up to 25-30 times.

Very well dear... Fibroid causes 50% of infertility. Because, some fibroid grow inside the womb, hindering fertilization. Please go for surgery. You will feel better.

Nawo oo... Sis, sorry about what you are suffering.. Truth be told, your only remedy is operation. Operating fibroid is not a death sentence. I have done it before, and I will do it over a day over again, if it arises. Please kindly forget all these prophets.. They are not God

How is your nephew's eye now. I really hope he is recuperating and seeing well with the eye now.

I am in a similar situation right now. Someone flung PET bottle and it hit me in the right eye. It happened early this month and most of the symptoms i was experiencing earlier has subsided, but i keep seeing this flashing light at the corner of the eye, my vision is still blurry and my pupils are dilated. I went to General Hospital, Lagos Island, last week thursday and i was given a stroid-based eye drop (to constrict the pupil) and prednisolone or so for the blurry vision.

But i still feel i need some more extensive examination. I would be glad if someone recommend a good hospital in Lagos for an examination. I am considering Eye Foundation, VI, or Metro Eye Clinic, Ikoyi, because they are closest to me. But i am open to better recommendations.

hello Dr.on the month of September I noticed that my lower Abdomen was hard.I see a drop of blood in my pant.I can't hold back urine.whenever I am pressed, if I don't ease myself within a mint,I will pee on my body.... I became worried about the hardness of my lower Abdomen. I went to Abdominal/pelvic scan and it resulted I have Peptic ulcer and multiple subserosal fibroids at the anterior fundal wall of the uterus...it measure 8.6cm /7.2cm and 3.2cm/3.0cm....the Dr suggested I should go for surgery. some said i should not operate it......I am still single......I am confused... Please advice me on this.....save my life. thank you
