Sometimes typing can be very boring and stressful, especially when you have a lot to say at once.

Imagine a situation where as a 9-5er working in Lagos, you just returned from work (after beating that Lagos traffic)...and someone important gives you a lengthy chat that can't wait..Omo! Me na VN go solve am o!

Talking is more stressful than typing.

You probably don't know this because you all are talkatives.

Romance / Re: Why I Can't Marry Below My Economic Class. by Karleb(m): 12:44pm On Apr 21

That is true. But I think for women, they come after financial stability. Sure, a lady who seeks marriage would choose a younger dude over an older man all things being equal. What I am curious about is how modern-day women are yet to understand that there are fewer men who are financially stable, and those who are yet single have many women at their beck and call YET want monogamy. Na wetin, I tell a female doctor friend who is based in Abuja: there are few men you describe, and if they are single, they have many women in their lives. She even wants the one with less body count. shocked

She should wait a bit. Jesus is coming.

Even tho it's important for a man to be up and doing but not all women are actually after money. It's a shame the ones after money have louder voices that those who care little about such.

My pastor recently shared a story of how his wife was feeding him when he lost his job and his new job wasn't paying enough. It went on for years o until he was back to his feet. This man I'm talking about is in the top ten earners in his local government in Lagos as of today.

Well, at the end of the day, you would still marry a woman who earns less than you. That is the truth, especially for Nigerian men who are antsy about their wives out-earning them. It is hypergamy women always aspire to men higher than they (women). It is evolutionary and
biologically. Heck, it is even economical, if not for gender equality which has reduced the number of jobs available to men.

However, where you come top is when you get women interested in you as you earn well. You would be accused of cheating by your wife or serious girlfriend, but to me, you are merely exercising your options. As long as you provide for the family and don't carry diseases to madam, I say go ahead. You are enjoying your prime, just as she had hers. Life na turn by turn.

P.S. My sister has told me the same and I laughed it off. Women are the same everywhere. In fact, Nigerian women's hypergamy is small. Swiss and Chinese Singaporean women's hypergamy are off the roof.

This hypergamy thing doesn't end with money.

There's good look.
Popularity.
Competency.
Youth.

I believe there should be others too.

Let's talk about these too.

Do it with math first first then convert it to python.

Play around with the modulus sign to actually understand how it works.

This question is simple, don't cheat.

Romance / Re: It Is Unromantic For Males To Initiate Intimacy In Marriage by Karleb(m): 3:17pm On Apr 13

Hopefully, I get to see this description in action with time. Cos as I dey, I spend on myself first - the best thing money can buy. Looking tacky in the name of "the wealth of a man is seen in his wife" no follow. My Igbo no reach that level. Upon this spending on their wives, their daughters later become active feminists with a touch of lesbianism.

To what end?

I feel like flogging some igbo women sometimes.

Igbo men do the most in the place of love and even family. I heard any child born into an igbo man's family automatically become his by tradition.

A lot of you can't see through this because it's has been baked into tradition. Despite this, you people still have the most ungrateful set of women.

I still wonder how feminism appeal to igbo women so much. Could it be because of Chimamanda?

They will say you have low self esteem. Honestly just stand on a street in Chile and see how handsome the men are then stand on a street in Nigeria and just look. The difference is like day and night.

cheesy

If you watch football, you would see the clear differences between the level of beauty and handsomeness with africans and the europeans and americans especailly south americans.

Watch AFCON, then watch EUROS and COPA America. Sorry but the black africans cannot compete.

The Truth is bitter. No other countrymen complains about such things. That should tell you something.

I use to doubt this until I did a survey in a viewing center during an important match when the place was crowded.

Truth is, for every average or handsome guy, there was atleast 6 ugly guys/men. I mean very ugly men, from dentition, shape of head, terrible accent and voice, bad form/no muscle, terrible hairstyle to say the least. Many were not just ugly but they were not also putting efforts into looking good, this is where our women are doing better but they also become really unattractive after just a child.

Only set of people that are goodlooking/looking good are young unmarried ladies.
