GeeKudi: On the hindsight, what is happening with Aradel now, appears to be a conspiracy to make money off unsuspecting investors, and it is very unfair.
You multiplied your OS by 20, pumped the resulting price by almost 100% and then present it to people as best thing after jellof rice.
The promoters here may or may not have been part of this conspiracy but those who were able to avoid this monumental rip off largely owe it to the cautionary note from Sunrisepebble.
I bought some units the day it became available and sold it after few hours with some profits to fuel my car. |

I share similar sentiment.... I ditched that perennial underperformer last quarter Omooloriredade: There's a school fee paid in the insurance sector. Some have probably never paid this before.
When a company declares a good result one quarter/year, don't assume there will be a repeat in subsequent quarters/years. You might say it's normal but wait, it's actually more pronounced in this sector.
There's a perennial under-performer that should actually be the leading insurance company in Nigeria but has failed...
Historical earnings pattern should be considered |

... zendi: The bolded is okay. I believe he is in Aradel, whose bear is beginning to steal too much from the loot he made from Oando. He has been looking to provoke Aradel conversation with the hope of hearing comforting words of possible sudden reversal. |

Is this a BYE... Locotrader: Look like Morgan capital and Atlas portfolio (cititrader) has same type of web portal. Manually done things.
Well I was able to do a transaction with cititrader today at around 0.80% total cost on BUY. This people will save me money oooo.Just that the funding and withdrawals are not friendly. You have to notify them of payment and request for withdrawal too.
Cardinal stone and stanbic are also cheaper in fees than other peers(Top brokers).Tested them ok
Investment one has been milking me 1.80% buy and 2.1% sell for sometime now. They will not see my BUY again. |

GeeKudi: He is using Bamboo. Bamboo "erroneously" showed him the last trading price yesterday as the reference price for Aradel. That price only became official today based on the rules but he doesn't know.
It is the reason why some of his postulations here are sometimes off point and bordering on false hope. |

You could be minting money today. Sadly, insecurity is a bane of this country... ndept: Thanks for the above. These are the ways through which we scrutinize stocks and not by abusing and rubbishing the views of others.
On Ellah lakes issue, someone promised here sometime ago to visit their farm and report back to us and we are still waiting on that report. But in my own views, the palm oil business is not a business that yields returns in the first 5 years, in fact, an average palm tree reaches its peak of fruition from 8 years and above. Therefore, if Ellah Lakes is really into palm oil production like Presco and okomu oil, it will take Ellah lakes at least 5 years to start reaping the gains of palm oil business. That is also depending on when they actually planted the palm trees.
NB: I previously own about 70 acres palm tree plantation and personally bought the palm fruit from Okomu oil in Benin in 2015, planted it in 2016 and sold the plantation in 2023 due to security concern. Therefore, I know exactly what I am talking about. |
