Hello Your issue is not clear. Did they say your signature doesn't match what they have on record? OR They asked you to get a confirmation of signature from your bank? codeME: hello big Oga here, I have pending dividend for Okomo Oil for some time, I have reached Cardinal Stone Registrar for some time, they kept telling me my signature, that i should go to the bank and collect a letter, this same account is what I am using for other Nigeria stocks and none ever give issues, what do they really want? Is there anyone here that has same issue? thank you. |

Just read that Mr Cardoso will lead Nigeria's delegation to the WB-IMF Meeting in Washington while the Minister of State for Finance will join the delegation. Makes me wonder why we have Ministers of State who can't deputize for their principal... Mpeace: Make Una pray for our Minister of finance. He must complete this his 'economic programme'. Nothing will happen to him. Although Sahara reporters claim Presido is already searching for a replacement |

Yes, it is paid in batches. UBA DIV 82 OTHERS for smaller payouts (usually less than 100k) UBA DIV 82 BIG VALUE for bigger payouts (usually over 100k) Also note that there is a 10% WHT deduction and there might be delays in processing the payment from your bank... Akanmbi: Please help explain. I got way less than what i was expecting from Zenith. I own 5k units which should have translated to c.7k. Is dividend payment in batches? Thanks |

Let me consult my dictionary... nosa2: The question is not if a stock will rise; the question is if a stock will beat Alpha (the index). The recommendation post mentioned Barrick Gold (Now Barrick Mining. On October 9th 2020 Barrick Gold was trading at $28 and today it is trading at $33. That is basically dead money.
I have been bullish on gold since gold was about $1500 (I even touted it in a podcast). Having said that, the best way to profit from gold is not necessarily by investing in the miners. Gold miners use a lot of energy and as diesel price goes up so does their costs but as with most sectors some miners are more efficient than others. Is Japaul an efficient miner? Have they even started producing gold?
Now that gold prices have rallied wanting to start a gold mine now will be a lot more expensive than it was 5 years ago. Mining equipment will be selling at a steep premium. Is any body considering this?
It is very possible that Japaul will Rally but I will not touch it. I don't have money to throw away based on illogical hype backed by inuendo |

This article was published 5 [solid] years ago. Since that time there has been little or no update. Are they using 5years to 'consult' with stakeholders? SohSoh: LINK1 : https://www.japaulgroup.com/japaul-gold-mining
LINK 2 :https://nairametrics.com/2020/08/20/japaul-exits-oil-sector-to-raise-n27-billion-as-it-switches-to-mining/
COPIED FROM THE ARTICLE IN LINK 2 : The Chairman also disclosed that Japaul is working with a Canadian firm, Matrix Geotechnologies Ltd, as the consultant for its new area of operation. The company has obtained licenses to mine gold, lead, nickel, and copper which it had identified in commercial quantities in various parts of the country.
Japaul also intends to buy up smaller companies that already have licenses to mine those minerals, as part of plans to boost its production.

PRESCO that will be around ₦1700 by December... awesomeJ: Both are correct.
The point is to exit your low cost position and rebase it to current price levels. As long as you exit in 2025, you can re enter either in 2025 or 2026, both work, your PRESCO cost price will be taken as 1400 instead of 80. |

The bolded is an observation of a trend I might be wrong though but I have correctly observed this the recent ELLAH rallies only does around 40% then it dips again... In comparison, OandO news could sustain the rally in 100s of % ELLAH needs properly substantiated news to breakout yMcy56: Is this an assumption?
