Otuegbe:You may be right sha |
LegendHero:Did I say they are not among? Chai.... PDP supporters and APC supporters and even NNPP are also getting their PVCs too... I only mean that it will be tough for them all. |
See threat...maybe we Yorubas supporting Peter Obi should kuku back off and leave him for Igbos only. ![]() |
Tinubu's influence in Yoruba movie sector can never be erased so I expect many of them to support him but in reality, many are still paid for the so called support. Based on recent PVC registration update from INEC on Monday, 2023 will be hot for Policians... E go tough !! |
happney65:Don't mind them |
I read sometimes during the Worker's Day that Ogun State is also owing Pensioners.. Omo, that state need serious deliverance from bad leaders...with all the resources they have, still nothing to show. Is it by showing some stupid IGR when it does not affect the people's lives positively and even workers. Stupid leaders we have in this country OyeofIkoTuN:One day, you people will stop this madness. Igbos will attack Yoruba, Yoruba will attack Igbo. |
Country where blood full everywhere. This is why people celebrate December 31st cross over night specially in this country... E no easy to survive in this country |
The same Fayemi that failed to fix the road to Agric Olope through Mathew area. But seriously, those people really should vacate that Ojo Oba area and move to maybe Awedele side. Cars find it difficult to pass through that route or even get easy access to the new Oja Oba market |
Nazgul:As a Yoruba man, I am supporting Peter Obi because I believe so much in him than Tinubu..like I've always said, it's either Osinbajo or Peter Obi because I believe in them. Now, it is clear that, not only Tinubu has the Emi l'okan mentality. Bro, they both need each other to make this victory happen...that's my own major concern. |
You see... One thing about Northerners is that, they love to be in power. That Igbo guy asked him, "what if Peter Obi picks Kwankwaso as VP" and the guy twisted it to "Kwankwaso picks Obi as VP". If truly Obi and Kwankwaso are interested in changing Nigeria and not for selfish interest, they need to come as one. Who becomes President and VP shouldn't be an issue at all but because Politicians are same, they don't want to agree who becomes the boss... meanwhile, they can both make the change happen. Even their supporters are not helping matter too. I saw lots of arguments on Twitter too.. Northerners want Kwankwaso to lead, Igbos no wan gree... |
DAwest7:Lols |
LongBig:E ma binu sir... We go soon shout "Happy New Year"....then, we shall see. Happy Weekend!! |
LongBig:Lols.... Where in SW will you get this? You mean the same SW where people are not interested in voting again? Are you even sure people that will come out to vote will not vote for their parties too? Unless they write results anyhow sha |
dò mí mí - òróró |
That's why I said Tinubu should be worried about SW turn out in 2023 cos it will even be worse next year. Some people even voted because money was involved and based on previous experience, they don't share money during Presidential election and even if they want to do, it's usually 2k which will still not force people out of their homes. And in SW, nothing like "Omo wa ni" again after OBJ... They now vote thier party. Even in Ogun State in 2019, PDP supporters voted Atiku not minding Osinbajo as their own. |
Tonim:I don't think he can complete the Ado - Ifaki road. The project is very slow now....in fact, they are not even working for like a month plus now. The airport should be completed and commissioned before he leaves office and also the bus terminal but the rest, I'm not sure. They are working seriously at the airport and I'm sure that's because it is useful to them (Politicians). |
tinsel:I'm from Ekiti.... I'm not Igbo. I only talk based on what I noticed about Igbos. And of course, I believe in Peter Obi than the grandpas in APC and PDP even though all of them are scammers just that some are still better. No politician can be trusted. |
Tonim:I don't really reside in Ekiti but I come always and my 2 sisters work here but still, I can still tell you some things sha. He's a Nigerian politician nah so you don't really expect something different. But lemme be factual here, Ekiti state especially Ado would still be like a bush if not for Fayose. That's the fact. Now let us ask ourselves, what did Fayemi really achieve in this second tenure? Let us forget about people for now...let's talk about development in the state. I will take my time to make some point here cos I don't know who is who and I don't know if you will pass the message so please, kindly take your time to read it too.... please! I so much love Ekiti and I want that state to develop. Just few months ago, Fayemi started performing some how from Road construction to rehabilitation of roads, to airport project, the bus terminal, Ekiti Knowledge zone and all that....then, I asked myself, where was this man since he was sworn in 3years ago? Why this late? Some people said, Ekiti doesn't need an airport then I ask them, do you know that airport will attract investors in to the state? Do you know it will provide jobs directly and indirectly? Where was Fayemi 2-3 years ago? Why this late? Ado Ekiti, the state capital's road is so poor. A very small state capital that I expect a visionary leader to be able to work on and make looks good. Ekiti as a state has fair roads linking towns and villages to each other compare to so many states in Nigeria and the good news is that, Fayemi constructed more roads in some towns and villages recently too. Ikun Diary Farm.... A great project that I would love to see more of it. So if I'm to rate him, I will give him 4.5/10. I hope BAO be better. |
tinsel:Sure I know but sorry to say this, Igbos are like secret cult. They are so United than the Yorubas. That's the fact! I have noticed that their one voice stands. |
abobote:Interestingly, they don't usually buy votes during presidential elections. |
Onyipk:I'm not saying he shouldn't approach tribunal after all, Kayode Fayemi won Chief Segun Oni through the court too but I will like you know that, that was then oo. Now, don't be surprised if the Chief Judge announce today that he wants to run for the post of president or governor under the platform of APC. APC installed their own at every corner in case anything comes up. From IG to CAS etc |
No bi lie oo ![]()
|
Hmmm |
I voted Chief Segun Oni but since our people sold their votes, then congratulations to BAO. What is important is for our state to move forward. I pray BAO be a blessing to the state and perform wonderfully well. Chief Segun Oni as an elder should support him for the betterment of the state and the people. |
donjazet:They both need each other, Bro. |
Winning the SW is not even the problem BUT how the turn out would be. Oyo State may even go to the PDP cos SM will do everything to deliver his state. Lagos State, other parties are there too with the recent effect of Peter Obi there (unless they will not be allowed to vote or get their PVCs). Now, Ogun, Ekiti and Ondo...the turn out will not be that much. Over 300k voters (still low turn out sef) participated in yesterday's Ekiti election and no one should expect that in the presidential election because it will reduce. The turn out in SW should even be a major concern right now. |
Cypress042:I like you, Bro. |
khingTony:Well, many people didn't even vote especially, Ado. But you also need to know that, many people will not vote during the presidential election in Ekiti (that's the fact). Many of us traveled to Ekiti just for this election...who get that time for Presidential election where the North decides who wins? Go and check previous governorship elections to presidential election results. And not even in Ekiti only will that happen. Low turn out happens everywhere even in Anambra. Ekiti is even better |
IPIGSRHYPO:I completely understand you my brother.... It is well |
IPIGSRHYPO:I honestly thought about that too but if they want to be transparent, my brother, it will work. Do you know that, our leaders will even be more active in their duties because they will fear the masses like kilode. Even people that takes voting as a big stress will just vote and comfort of their homes. Chai... I just wish it is possible oo ![]() |
AnambraPrince:You see anything that can help our country as wailing. You people think everyone here are one particular party loyalists. ![]() |
SDP is a 3months old party in Ekiti and did very well....in fact, vote buying saved APC from the shame. Even some places, ballot boxes were snatched. I seriously believe that, Labour Party will do very well next year. Inec should also extend the closing date for registration too. As it is now, it looks like, every contestants will just win their regions next year. Maybe Tinubu - SW, Obi - East, Atiku - North. People go support their own ooo....nobody wan loose power fah. I sha know that, next year go shock everyone. |
