Politics / Apc And Their Penchant For Destabilising Other Govts by Kasiem2: 3:18pm On May 19, 2015
When pdp was in the centre, having noticed that Gej would be doing very fine going by his plans, the devils in apc came up with a plan of destabilising the government. The two major plans that they came up with was violence in the north and media lies in the west. This has so far proved to be successful to them. Now, fayose of ekiti state having proved to be a major threat to them, they've tried using the media to take away the grassroot from the man but it's not working and their second plan is adopting to violence with the surprise kidnapping spree going on in ekiti state now. In that same line Amaechi is boasting of drying the account of river state so that wike's government will be totally destabilised. We shouldn't be surprised to start hearing of violent cult wars in river state very soon. Apc should stop acting in this crude way for the interest of the entire country.

What women define as feminism now is being hateful and disrespectful on men.
Romance / WOMEN, MONEY, FEMINISM (the Contradictions) by Kasiem2: 1:36pm On May 16, 2015
In brief, feminism is regarded as the struggle towards keeping women on equal scale with men in the social, economic and political value. Charles Fourier is credited with having coined the word 'feminisme' in 1837.
Owing to the some social deprivations which the women folk suffered in the past this struggle was embarked on. The women were meant to see themselves as lesser humans than the men. Till today, hardly, will a woman garner the same level of respect a real man get in a social gathering just because some cultural and social stereotypes and beliefs in our society. The society and government in order to ameliorate this have created so many laws, policies, and foundations to empower women in the world. For instance, in nigeria we have ministry for women affairs and also a policy that created to make sure that women occupy atleast 35 percent of political positions in the country.
Now, on the side of the women beyond mere intellectual and street protests how far have they gone in helping this struggle for feminism in the country? Most women are yearning to have a world where the women will be on the same status with men; they need same respect like the men. Okay, who is a real man? A real man is regarded as a being who is guided by strong principles and values, and cannot be wavered by material and monetary things. These are the things that naturally bring respect to a real man and it's expected that before one could be able to tap from the same level of respect a real man enjoys the person should conduct herself in line with that definition of a real man. In all sincerity and objectivity, it's quite contradictory to all have our literary, political, and social libraries filled with texts of one million reasons why women deserve all the whole respect in the world when their conducts in reality barely have principles which guide them. A woman wants to enjoy equal rights with the husband yet she goes about telling the husband that he's the breadwinner of the family, when there any separation she starts demanding for maintenance fee from the husband etc.
Okay, the cyberspace was filled with news of a wedding of one old politicians and a young pretty damsel; we were brought to thoughts of how all the money acts as a major shaper of most women's aspiration. We are living in a world were women wouldn't mind suffering domestic and psychological violence because of money and other artificial things. You only hear of all this struggle when a woman is married to a seemingly poor or weak man but when they are faced with an arrogant rich fellow, everything is regarded as normal. How then will a reasonable person think that this feminist struggle will ever be achieved? I think government and other organisations should stop wasting reasonable resources in this futile struggle until the women folk realises what they really desire in life. You don't gain respect when you've not gained values

I think good citizens of the country should help in contributing money for our people in imo state will return to schools. We know that okorocha has sold the state entirely, so we should allow the humanity in us to rise at this moment.

Me think this run against the rule of natural justice. There is no fair hearing in this process, who determines who fell foul of the rules. Even if its a kangaroo panel the accuse must be made to face one, he should be given the chance to defend his actions.

It runs contrary to the spirit of fair hearing in our constitution to deny such right. I think giving the moderators absolute power to impose a ban is despotic.
it's very easy to manipulate the group cos what it takes is just to bribe the mods into banning any person that attacks buhari, any yoruba leader and others. And the way the mods select any day they want for the expiration of the ban is another thing. Imagine, they just told me that my expires on July 8. This quite horrible, unless, the spirit of buhari has overtaken them sha

The way I was just slammed with a ban by one of the mods is quite pathetic. So, I think whenever an undeserved ban is placed on anybody there should be a way of examining and giving the alleged 'banee' a fair hearing. We aren't living a buhari era where we can't express ourselve.

Dora Akunyili, one of the most powerful women in Nigeria? I'll have some of that prime weed you're smoking.

Try and recall what happened when she tried to call a PDP elders meeting in Anambra. Also recall how she was defeated by Ngige even with all the rigging machinery deployed by the state in her support.
okay, u think that dora rigs more than ngige? Pls, would u tell me what brought ngige into political limelight? Boy u better SHUT UP  instead of bringing out ur foolishness. Ngige and akunyili are two political big wigs; and one must lose for another to win, being that akunyili has created for herself foes among the drug dealers, she lost that area to ngige. Again, the post that ngige held before made him to have directly reached out to the people more than akunyili
