Please Nairalanders I need help because I am loosing my patience.
I have been married to my wife for 6years and I have never had dinner before 9PM. Sometimes I'm served dinner past 11pm. My wife doesn't have any job yet. I wake early every day because I have to bath and dress our two kids up in the morning while she makes their breakfast and prepare something for the lunch boxes. I drop the kids at school and go to work from there. I return home before 6pm and dinner is never ready. I have complained and complained and she makes adjustments for two days each time I complain. I got angry at a point and told her I will not eat her food after 7pm. That week, she acted on my instruction and I really ate at 7pm or just before 7:30pm. That is the only week I enjoyed dinner early. I have even developed pot belle due to eating late.
I got home early today and she started picking vegetables to make soup at about 3:30pm. This is 8pm and I still haven't eaten. I am so angry. I really see her busy working in kitchen but I don't know why it takes so long for the food to be ready. Not that she attends to the kids. I assist the kids in their homework and prepare them for bed. I'm very angry. Please advise.

op don't you have a freezer . help her make soup and stew during the weekend, then it will be easy for you guys. the day you want rice, she will just boil rice and warm the stew or make semo and warm soup. your can even cook beans and store in the freezer. I know she doesn't have a white collar job but house chores and kids requires a lot of strength too.

Yes, you can't tell me that false christians are in the lord. Those who do not apply bible principles in their life cannot be in the lord. Those who don't have the zeal to declare Jehovah's name cannot be in the lord. So simply, marrying any of a member of christendom is condemned so as not to contaminate you. Because these one's will never encourage you to serve your creator.

my dear brother i will advice you to continue because with the sound of your voice you truly love her, single mum or not, thats not a cretaria, if you are comfortable with her character, then dont think twice because even d ones with no kids has aborted and the ones that seems to be virgin has akward character, so no one is perfect, even u..! your problem with her should be her assuring you that she won't go back to her EX.. and pls advice her to give the kid to the fada if you really want to settle with her #bestADVICE

It is simple law given to israelites not to marry from other tribe that does not worship jehovah. King solomon made that mistake by marrying from those tribe and really suffered. Marry only in the Lord is also an inspired words of apostle paul, we also try to obey too

Hey poster, I like ur business minded question, but I don't quite agree wt u on the area of making a profit of 50-60k monthly.

Am not saying that it's not possible to make a profit of that margin, no, but all am saying is that since you are just starting, why not first start from small and build/grow the business into a conglomerate so to say later and make even more than that.

Well, I will suggest you start wt any biz that will not require that you pay for shop rent. This is because, it will almost gulp the whole money considering where you are residing-Lagos and how much that is involved. U know wat I mean, rent fee is high there o!

So, I suggest that you go into foodstuff biz cos Lagos is such a big city and food item biz is really a veritable and profitable biz and you don't even need to own a shop.

My hubby was born a Roman Catholic while i was a Penticostal (i attend CAC nw).
When we initially got married we were both attending his church, bt after i gave birth to my baby i stopped goin wit him to his church nd he raised no qualms bcs i believ i gave him tenable reasons 4 stopping, one of d reason is: i need a church dat prayer well, nd knowing where i was coming from he didn't dispute.
Tho his mom wasn't really ok wit d idea of us attending diff churches bt considering she hersef not bin of d catholic faith, she let it rest.
D interesting thing is tho we attend diff churches on Sundays, we both attend every Tuesday morning service of my church.

my husband and I attend different churches, reason because all of a sudden that Catholic church we were both raised and married in became darkness to him. he left for choosen then living faith and now redeemed. I personally can't deal with that. I am a Catholic and will die as one. so he can go to any church but don't just drag me into it
