PoliticsRe: 7 Things Fr. Mbaka Got Absolutely Wrong by katunj: 9:23am On Jan 03, 2015
moderatorr1:
During his end of the year cross over night service, Father Mbaka of Enugu State, a catholic priest started voicing support for Buhari. His audience were shocked and fell entirely silent even during the time he called for responses. The priests themselves, standing on the stage with him all folded their hands in awe as the man of God dabbled into politics.

This is a video of Buhari with a spear encouraging his followers to kill people during election. After he lost that election, youth corpers where mobbed. Then he stayed for 2 days before coming to bbc under pressure to ask his people to stop the violence.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePJSywwVWZM&feature=youtu.be

He said people should vote Buhari because Jonathan could not stop 'simple insurgency'. In reality, insurgency is not simple, no country has been able to stop insurgency once it has started. Kenya, Libya, Israel, Pakistan, Afghanistan, USA (with all their technology and sophistication), Nigeria.
Terrorism by groups of individuals who use Islam as a motivation or a mask are unstoppable: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_terrorism

1. He said people should vote Buhari because we have not seen more bloodshed in the history of the nation since Boko Haram started. Statistically, boko haram has killed about 10,000 people, Biafran war was started due to a reverse on the aburi accord, it killed 2 million people, mostly civilians. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nigerian_Civil_War

2. He said Boko Haram started due to unemployment caused by Goodluck's administration. Well, Boko haram started in 2009 and Goodluck started ruling in 2009 as acting. So when did the unemployment start?
Actually boko haram said their aim is to implement total sharia in Nigeria. And that they are against democracy or anything from the west.

3. He said Buhari built the enugu-onitsha express way. Heheheheee! Lies! http://www.dawodu.com/buhari.htm

4. He said there is no light in Enugu, actually, its the opposite, there is almost 24 hours power supply. https://www.nairaland.com/2072516/225-hours-power-supply-ten

5. He said Buhari didn't encourage violence, lies, see the video above.

6. Then He said Buhari didn't say he will make the country ungovernable, he pointed that ciroma was the one who said it. cool .. but Buhari actually said "if i don't win in 2015, the dogs and the baboons will soak in blood"
And refused to join the team to negotiate with boko haram.

7. Fr. Mbaka said Buhari said he will islamise nigeria but didnt mean it since he didnt do it the first time he ruled.
Lol.
In 2001, Buhari said in a meeting "God willingly we will continue to push for total implementation of sharia in the country. Those who are not part of us should learn about it" .

And...Fr. Mbaka said the holy spirit told him so. smiley

Hmmm, i'm a catholic but Nwa Mbaka is on his own in this one. I wonder how much they paid him.

#teamGEJ2019 fee dee feeeee!
Of a truth, this will be a heated election.
i'm viewing in 3D. Grabs pop corn
Please I need you to give source to your no 7. You quoting him is not acceptable with out source or links.

And some fools want me to vote this clueless government come next year. No way.
Politics$1 Bn Excess Crude Money “missing” As FAAC Meeting Ends In Confusion by katunj(op): 3:25pm On Dec 17, 2014
The Federation Accounts Allocation Committee, FAAC, meeting for November ended in confusion Tuesday as representatives of Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory accused the federal government of not accounting for about $1billion(N168 billion) of excess crude oil money.
The Chairman of State Commissioners of Finance, Timothy Odaah, told reporters after the meeting which ended Tuesday night, that no state knew how the $1 billion difference reported in the Excess Crude Account balance, between October and November, came about.
The FAAC meeting is a monthly gathering of state finance commissioners and the federal finance ministry and the Accountant General of the federation, where federal oil receipts are shared between the federal and state authorities.
With falling oil price, the 36 states have turned more attention on the Excess Crude Account, which has depleted from more than $40 billion in 2007 to about $4 billion in 2014.
Though Mr. Odaah said the discrepancy has been noted for discussion at the next FAAC meeting, his disclosure called to question how transparent the management of the excess crude revenues is.
Prior to the October FAAC meeting, the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, had told reporters that the balance of the Excess Crude Account stood at $4.11billion.
At the event, the minster also revealed that the country’s external reserves rose from $36.6billion in June to $39.48billion as at October 16.
She also said the balance in the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) stood at $1.55 billion.
But, at the end of the FAAC meeting on Tuesday, the Minister of state for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, told reporters that the current savings in the ECA had a balance of about $3.1 billion, raising questions about the $1billion difference.
Mr. Odaah had said on October that owing to the dwindling revenue allocation to the states from the federation accounts as a result of falling oil prices, the states had sent a request to President Goodluck Jonathan that $2 billion be shared.
But he said on Tuesday that the states had no knowledge how the balance suddenly dropped from $4.1 billion to $3.1 billion.

CcHub is really a great place. They didn't development or design nextapps.mtnonline.com. MTN Nigeria is solely responsible for the Nextapps developer challenge and all they are doing is just to help as they understand the market and the ecosystems.
Don't paint my CcHUB in a bad light. Pls and pls......
Seriously I should ask questions? But I asked one at the end of my last post, did you not see it? Please that question is begging for an answer.
Let me share with you screen shorts of emails that I sent to YOUR CCHUB and there response to every mail I sent to them.

CCHUB! if I hear!! all they've got is mouth, is it not the same cchub that is handling the mtn developer challenge app store, try download app from that site and see the stress you will go through to download just one app, I have sent more than five mails to them informing them on the need to reduce the process customers go through b4 downloading an app. I guess they are trying to check multiple download from a single device, but with javascript the IMEI of device can be extracted( almighty cchub developer should no this naa ) that will cut all the filling of form, then wait to receive activation pin(sometime it might not even come), then you sign in and now download. Abeg cchub na mouth them get joor. Let them show me one app that came from cchub that can boast of 10000 download. Let start from there.

PoliticsHow Jonathan Blocked Alamieyeseigha’s Extradition To The UK by katunj(op): 9:30pm On Oct 09, 2013
UK Requests Diepreye Alamieyeseigha’s extradition
Why Jonathan is ignoring the request
Mohammed Abacha in new money laundering scandal
Nigeria Intel investigation has learned that the British government has requested the extradition of convicted former Bayelsa state governor, Chief Diepreye Alamieyeseigha to stand trial in Britain, a move that is being blocked by President Goodluck Jonathan.

According to sources close to the case, the extradition request was made earlier this year through the office of the Attorney – General and Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohammed Adoke, who, incidentally has been trailed by numerous corruption allegations himself.

Nigeria Intel investigations also found that Mr. Adoke, on the instructions of President Jonathan is trying to keep keep the matter under wraps and has reportedly replied to the British authorities that Alamieyeseigha had no case to answer, having been granted a presidential pardon in March this year.

Detained in Britain

It will be recalled that Diepreye Alamieyeseigha had travelled to Europe for a ‘tummy tuck’ cosmetic surgery, but was detained in London on charges of money laundering in September 2005. At the time of his arrest, Metropolitan police found about £1m in cash in his London home. Following more investigations, they found a total of £1.8m ($3.2m) in cash and bank accounts.

In addition to cash, Alamieyeseigha was found to own several houses and other real estate in London worth tens of millions of pounds, but jumped bail in December 2005 allegedly disguising himself as a woman, a claim Alamieyeseigha denies.

Conviction and Jail

Shortly after his return to Nigeria, Alamieyeseigha was impeached by the Bayelsa state House of Assembly, thus losing his immunity. He was promptly arrested and flown to Abuja in handcuffs, where he was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). On July 26, 2007, Alamieyeseigha pleaded guilty before a Nigerian court to six charges and was sentenced to two years in prison on each charge; however, because the sentences were set to run concurrently and the time was counted from the point of his arrest nearly two years before the sentences, his actual sentence was relatively short.

Many of his assets (totaling about N126 billion) were ordered to be forfeited to the Bayelsa state government. On July 27, just hours after being taken to prison, he was released due to time already served.

Case in the US

In June last year, the United States Department of Justice announced that it had executed an asset forfeiture order on $401,931 in a Massachusetts brokerage fund, traceable to Alamieyeseigha. US prosecutors filed court papers in April 2011 targeting the Massachusetts brokerage fund and a $600,000 Maryland home, which they alleged were the proceeds of corruption.

A motion for default judgement and civil forfeiture was granted by a Massachusetts federal district judge in early June 2012. The forfeiture order was the first to be made under the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative (KARI).

Controversial Pardon

On 12 March 2013, Alamieyeseigha, who has retained a measure of popularity in the Niger Delta, particularly his home state of Bayelsa, was granted a presidential pardon by President Goodluck Jonathan, a move that drew sharp criticism from the public. Analysts believe that the move is not unconnected to Jonathan’s reelection bid next year, as well as Alamieyeseigha’s desire to run for senate
