This are d steps required
1. Make sure ur idevice is running
ios7.1.1
2. Download pangu.exe from http:// dl.pangu.25pp.com/jb/Pangu_v1.0.exe 3. Backup n restore ur idevice
4. Change ur date and time of ur idevice
to 8:30pm n june 2nd 2014 and also
uncheck set automatically

5. Run d pangu.exe app
6. Uncheck d box written in a language we all dont understand
7. Click d black box with 4 ?
8. While d pangu progress bar is
moving, a pangu app should be visible
on ur home screen
9. Open d app (pangu on ur device) and choose continue. At dis point ur device
will restart
10. After ur device comes up, open d
app again. Ur device will reboot again
11. After ur device is on, open cydia. U
will c a blackscreen saying "preparing filesystem". After this ur device will
reboot yet again
12. When it finished rebooting for d

I subscribed to night plan of 2,500 naira monthly after I exhausted my bonus mb. I noticed that anytime I browsed on Saturday and Sunday, there's no restriction. I browse freely on Saturday and Sunday. But starting from Monday to Friday I will need to wait till 9:00pm. Even beyond that before it will connect.
