Test sometimes requires experience and advance preparation . When I mention experience, it simply means having knowledge of different test format from writing aptitude test in the past. I was at a PZ test recently where many first class material crash out in the first stage. Just my thot , so no one shud quote me wrongly o.

You will be suprised by the number of engineering graduates that is employed by the financial industries. Op you should have put it that there are not much engineering positions for graduate as compared to the financial sector. The big four for example have many engineering graduates because of there intellects which make them to scale through there rigorous recruitment process. Banking sector too has been bailing out graduate engineers cos most switch after seeing that there are not much opportunities

Prepare for gmat. 55 questions in 1 hr. No calculator is allowed. if u pass that stage, you will write a 20 mins essay. After that is saville consulting online ability test. Cheers

crowntoro: mayb they are only recruiting for the HR dept because i realised that it is only dose that applied for HR that are being called by the oyibo people. i applied for consumer banking international graduate and they sent me a regret mail.

No my brother applied for consumer banking and already shortlisted for interview, a friend too applied for financial markets and awaiting interview too.

i cant laf.see fight over i pass test or i no pass.I believe all the first three stages i computer generated response as far as consumer banking stream is concern.If u meet the minimum cutoff from the test, u will proceed to the next stage which is personality assessment first class or no first class.Well i dont know abt HR cos it seems everyone am seeing is saying application under review.Lets wait and see how it unfold.

Well from what av seen so far. Two of my friends that applied for HR receive the same kind of mail that there application is under review, so be hopeful and be praying..

How did you know she pass the test? Getting the link to upload ur cv after d test doesn't equate to passing it. If u pass the test, after uploading ur cv. U shud get the link to the next stag(personality assessment) in few minutes to an hr..

Sorry to burst you guys bubble. My brother did the test and he is awaiting interview. He had 2-2.. So what's the point. The 2-1 rule doesn't hold here. If u pass the test u will be sent personality test link after the numerical and abstract. Then if u pass that stage, u will be shortlisted for interview.

Bulldog: assistant server admin for a company with a pay of 70k per month although with 1yr commitment before promotion or resignation and they'll also sponsor my training in mcse and ccna. i wrote in june, interview in july and am a degree holder

Many people seem to av got it wrong. If u are a true bible students. You don't have to believe this visions of Hell. Y?
What is Hell ?
According to the bible hell connote in Hebrew Sheol, Greek hades ,also referred to as Geenna. As symbol of eternal destruction.., or in other words, mankind common's grave.

1. The faithful man Job prayed that God shud conceal him in the Hades(hell or sheol) till the appointed time. Job. 14:13
2. Jesus christ was in Hades same as Hell for 3 days before his ressurection on the third day.
David said concerning christ in acts 2: 25-27

3. In Revelation 20: 13,14 Hell was among the the things that was cast into the lake of fire. Along with death

This simply means that Hell is the condition of being dead, grave and it wasn't used with fire in the bible to form hell fire. It was used only as ":HELL"
This means the visions didn't teach us what the bible teaches.
