I am facing same issue I sent 3 passport for my family my own and my wife own is ready for collection but my son own is there since 12th of July with no update .


@Bobo2 how did you resolve this problem? I have a similar situation, submitted passports for family of four in person at Lagos. 3 passports are ready for collection, mine is still saying it has been forwarded to the Canada office since 12th of July 2023

Anyone with similar experience for family submission can also help.

I am concerned about my passport and I am at my wit ends

I have chatted with VFS but chimaka was not helpful and I have sent webform to ircc no response too. I have sent emails to both vfs and ircc no response

And I need the passport for other processes

If the IRCC tracking portal (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) was last updated on 20th June, it has an update indicating they sent you a message & it is very likely the next update might have your visa details on tracker.

Don't worry unless you need to. Your passport is out for stamping, so just hold on until you get notified for delivery

Yes. Don't forget copy of passport datapage and her name, phone number should be written on it.
