Was the test sectionalized? Or everything was just together.. which was first?

Having gone through the banter on this thread, I suggest you take off what's good for you.

I graduated with a 4.84 CGPA.. My 100lvl was not so fantastic though.. in my first semester, I had 4.0 and the second, I had 4.4.

My grades improved basically as a result of my associates. I ensured I made friends with people who shared the same goal as I did, people who will motivate you to be the best version of yourself..

The truth is "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". So by all means, go out, meet new people, join good societies, contest for an election and take on leadership positions, start a business.. make sure your life isn't all about books alone, it gets boring and you don't get to improve yourself.

The key is time consciousness. The primary reason you left your comfortable home for an uncomfortable one is to get educated.. Nothing comes first.. Except God of course.. So love God, develop a good relationship with him but realize that you came to school and not church... So read... Read at every time you get.. start from the beginning of the semester when students are still trying to prepare for the academic session... Don't get complacent... If you don't understand a course, go to tutorials, buy and study past questions... do group readings... sleep and eat well... Eat fruits and veggies... Balance is paramount.

Be the best version of yourself... Do not compete with anyone.. continue to improve yourself.. you'll soar..

Make sure that at the end of your five years, you will leave with more than your certificate.. you'll leave with friendships, with ideas and as a better human than you cane in.. Even if you don't eventually make the first class

Whatever you might be facing, suicide is never the way out.. suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.. the problem, whatsoever it is, will pass and irrespective of what it is, give it time.

I have Jamb admission letter.. same with Uniben admission letter... All of this is very frustrating for ne

I am deeply pained by this latest development.

I got admitted to Uniben in 2013. In fact, I saw my admission status first on Jamb before I did on Uniben Kofa page. I had no issues in all my four years in school. But it's time for NYSC mobilization now, on getting here to check the list, I saw 109 pages of error lists.. Yes!! 109 pages of error lists. One page had about 12 names. The errors were from Jamb. On checking the names, I saw my own name with the error that I was not advisable. How on Earth was I not admitted when I have both Jamb and Uniben admission letter? When I matriculated and got a matriculation number to prove that? I even have original Jamb result to further buttress my point.

It's not just me.. More than a thousand names just from Uniben and not considering other schools!!


Please we need to know where to go from here... How should we go about this??

An Appeal to help us move on.

Last year July, we finished our final exams amidst celebrations and jubilations. It's been seven months now and we are still not sure of anything... Some of us haven't seen our results yet, others have but cannot clear and proceed to the compulsory one year service. And so, we are home wasting away... Because we cannot find good jobs or cannot even concentrate on anything because we don't know if we have issues or not.

Sir/Ma, we have missed November batch of service, should we still miss May batch??

NASU is on strike, yes, we know... But 100level cleared, part time wrote exams, we have porters in the hostel and bursary is functioning. Can we not clear somehow?? Can corps members not clear students?? How much longer do we need to suffer for the issue between FG and universities staff??

We are tired of not knowing our fate, tired of being broke, tired of suffering, tired of NASU strike..


Please help save us.

Well i'm a fresher in ur alma mater and i'll like to reciprocate the good gestures and hospitality showered on me by Bini people.
Chose Akwa Ibom State, though the State isn't economically booming as Lagos or Rivers state but i assure you it will be an unregrettable decision by choosing AKS.
The state is so serene, peaceful and safe and corpers are really paid well here, if u luv engaging on tourism then AKS is the best place 4 u, above all our people are more hospitable.

I honestly hope you'll be able to help. I just finished my final clearance from Uniben with the money I've been saving for three months now. But my hugest concern is that my rent will be due in January and I honestly don't have any means to pay and the next time I'll get paid will be end of January. The monthly salary cannot even cover the rent. I really need your help..
