amazingspiderma: Though not a Chelsea fan,but one of the major source of worry was Willian. He holds on to the ball unnecessarily, If he had the same chance that Di Maria had to cross the ball for the second goal,he would still trap the ball and try to beat the approaching defender. He timing to release the ball was poor and ineffective, which was why the PSG defenders easily recovered. chelsea attacking midfielders in the duo of hazard and wiliwili tends to hold unto the ball alot there by leaving the top 9 almost redundant upfront, they would do well to convert mikel obi to such role since e sabi pass ball je je li make dem talk say no b hm spoil flow of possession |

claremont: I think Guus Hiddink should be given the permanent role of manager at the club. He has been able to stabilize the sinking ship and gotten us to mid-table from the relegation zone. He is a good manager and has proven it time and time again in all the clubs he has managed. sure, he should be given a chance to handle the blues, infact, as a MAN U fan i will ardently support any coach that will take chelsea to the relegation zone, permanently. |

jaybee3: Government usually forward plan for these things so in actual sense they would have had projected figures in the yearly budget and they can easily reconcile the figures to reflect the exchange rate disparity.
However, if their long term view is that the scheme is no longer sustainable alas financially viable then they should simply recall them and instead strengthen our education system so more people can benefit instead of the select few. The wike of Rivers state is already recalling such students |

theshaderoom: So the state government is not Nigerian government? Is the state not in Nigeria? Keep segregating so, should this allude to the fact that by extension, you are responsible for parents abandoning children for witchcraft in the locality where the child was found? you should take the blame and report your self to the nearest police authority for appropriate punitive measures to be meted out on you. |

mmsen: The Federal government has been responsible for a lot of stupid things but it doesn't procreate and nor has it ever declared anyone a witch.
The judicial system needs to identify the parents of this child and make an example of them in the same way that this Danish woman has made an example of this child. absolutely, you are very right! |

grandlexuz: Bros you funny oh! So according to you the State government nobe Nigerian Government.??Lol State Government, Federal Government, Local Council Government are all Nigerian government. Besides it was the responsibility of the Federal government to intervene when the child's parents abandoned him for witchcraft. If na for Denmark dat pikin yi parents for deh prison by now. Big difference between organised society and a gragra society. In as much as she is doing a good thing, how is it the responsibility of the federal government to intervene when the child's parent abandoned him for witchcraft? was there no local council to take care of such case? are there no people living in the environment where the child was found to refer his case to the appropriate authority? are there no churches or hospitals within the locality to take up his case and if such is beyond them, refer to superior authority? was any of this done before making the blanket statement that the child was almost wasted by the Nigerian Government....The Federal Government |

Dee60: NIGERIA IS A COUNTRY WHERE YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE AN ECONOMIST BECAUSE, LIKE TRUMP, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE MEDIA AND YOU CAN MAKE THE LOUDEST NOISE.
ALL THE PEOPLE SCREAMING DEVALUATION HAVE NOT MADE ANY SENSIBLE ARGUMENT. THEY ONLY CLAIM THAT IT IS ENCOURAGING ROUND-TRIPPING. YET THEY CANNOT PROVE THAT WITH FACTS.
NATIONS DEVALUE THEIR CURRENCY TO ENCOURAGE FOREX INFLOW THROUGH EXPORTS. AND THEN THEY RE-VALUE AGAIN IN THE COURSE OF TIME. IN NIGERIA, NAIRA HAS NEVER (AND I MEAN NEVER) REGAINED VALUE. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE WAY. FROM 3 NAIRA TO THE DOLLAR, TO 11, TO 18, TO 32, TO 60, TO 98, TO 120. TO 158, TO 199!
IT IS SO, BECAUSE OUR DEVALUATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO ENCOURAGE SPECULATORS AND NOT TO ENCOURAGE EXPORTS. OUR OUTPUT OF COCOA, CASHEW, RUBBER ETC HAS NOT INCREASED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS. IN FACT, COMMODITIES LIKE RUBBER AND CASHEW ARE ALMOST EXTINCT. NIGERIA NO LONGER EXPORTS LEATHER. ALL THE PAST DEVALUATION HAVE FAILED TO ENCOURAGE ANY MEANINGFUL LONG TERM INVESTMENT IN PRODUCTION.
NIGERIANS WHO HAVE STORED MONEY ABROAD (SOME FROM DOUBTFUL MEANS) REALLY WANT DEVALUATION - THEY WANT THEIR 1000 DOLLARS TO FETCH THEM 300,000 NAIRA.
CONTNUED DEVALUATION WITHOUT SOLID LOCAL PRODUCTION THAT IS GEARED TOWARDS EXPORTS WILL ONE DAY MAKE YOUR CURRENCY WORTHLESS. COMMON SENSE.
DEVALUATION TODAY WILL MAKE PETROL SELL FOR A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. IS NIGERIA READY FOR THAT? WILL THAT NOT SPARK ANOTHER CRISIS? COMMON SENSE!
STOP SPENDING YOUR DOLLAR EARNINGS ON 'ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA' LIKE HUMAN HAIR, TOOTHPICKS, CHAMPAGNE AND WATCH YOUR CURRENCY GAIN VALUE. COMMON SENSE!
NIGERIA IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST IMPORTERS OF CHAMPAGNE AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS. WE ARE SURROUNDED BY WATER BUT WE IMPORT FISH ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA AND SOUTH AMERICA. YOU CANNOT CONTINUE WITH THAT AND EXPECT YOUR CURRENCY TO GAIN VALUE. COMMON SENSE!
SINCE THE CBN PLACED RESTRICTIONS ON 42 ITEMS, FACTORIES HAVE SPRUNG UP TO MAKE TILES LOCALLY. THERE ARE OTHER EXAMPLES. THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPENNED WITHOUT A POLICY TO CURB SENSELESS IMPORTS. HOW CAN WE BE SURROUNDED BY ROCKS AND YET BE IMPORTING STONES? MAKES NO SENSE!
WHILE THE PROFESSORS ARE TALKING, CHINESE AND INDIAN BUSINESS PEOPLE ARE LOOKING TO ESTABLISH FACTORIES. WE NIGERIANS ARE STILL SLEEPING AND MAKING THE BLAME GAME! TALK IS CHEAP. LET US GET NIGERIANS TO PRODUCE! COMMON SENSE!
CHECK WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING ON NOW - YOUR SHOE MADE IN ITALY, YOUR SHIRT IN UK, YOUT SUIT IN INDIA, YOUR TIE IN BANGLADESH, YOUR WRIST WATCH IN TAIWAN, YOUR HUMAN HAIR IN BRAZIL, YOUR UNDERWEAR IN THAILAND. YOU HAVE JUST RELAXED WITH NICE FRUIT JUICE MADE IN SPAIN AND YOU ARE WATCHING DSTV COURTESY OF SOUTH AFRICA. FINALLY, THE DIVIDENDS ON YOUR GSM ENDS UP IN INDIA. NO NATION DOES THIS AND EXPECT HER CURRENCY TO GAIN VALUE. COMMON SENSE.
THE BEST ECONOMICS IS THE ONE THAT MAKES COMMON SENSE. THAT IS WHAT NOBEL PRIZE WINNERS ALLUDE TO. AND I AGREE. Absolutely! |
