No, they do not need to go to the court over it as the judgement by extension is also in their favour.The court that ruled on the case is not a sharia court, therefore that rule is not applicable to the muslim community alone. there are other religion groups in the state. if the court says the muslims can wear hijab to school, it equally means other religious groups can do same with their religious clothings....what is good for the goose is equally good for the gander.
