Please guys, how do I solve this case? Is there a way I can go to first bank to get evidence that the money is in the customers account? And is it possible for me to get a police report in other to go to first bank to get evidence?

Kindly advice as your suggestions will go a long way in solving this case.

1. Notify your bank that you erroneously sent funds twice instead of once. Your bank should log a dispute on ur behalf against the beneficiary. Then you can visit first bank online and notify them as well by sharing reference with them as well as screenshot. U can worry them on social media too that it was sent duplicated instead of one only

At times I wonder if one cannot see the handwriting on the wall. We are all here lamenting on terrible experiences we've had with services rendered by banks. What have you done to help your community? There are better fights to engage in. Nigeria would get there. Various banking sector (be it microfinance or commercial banks) would get there. I believe when one wail over a dis-service, then one is not ready to take on life the right way. Developed countries give opinions on how to get better service. They don't wail aimlessly. Give your support. Work together as a team. Always note that the economy depends on the banking sector. Pray for a better Nigeria. Your worst "bank" is anothers best.

For those that are in induction- congrats and be cautious!
For those that are unclear about the process, lemme give u a chart on how it is-
U apply at regional offices close to ur state; u get invited to write ecobanks test;successful ones are called for interviews mostly 2 stages-zonally first, then H.R second.after HR's u go for medicals; u shall fill a whole lotta forms tho. Then u may be given ur deployment leTter and appointment letter together or just appointment letter before deployment after training in EcobankTraining Centre in surulere.
There are different batches and most of the new intakes wld be oprtnal staff.
I was deployed to a part in delta state as a customer service officer...during my time with the human rrces dept, twas not ol of us dat went to d training school at same time.

I was tolD thatthe TS is in lag. Ima new intake...just got my offer letter. to apply, submit ur cv @ any of their heaD officES

when u face d human resource personnels...den u shld expect ur offer letter...den 4 weeks induction at victoria island...its fun so far

patemy: Please is there anybody dat wrote the text at Abuja on the 1st of march that has been contacted for interview I wrote mine at same date and venue didn't hear from them so I went 2 dia regional office where I comfirmed that I was successful and shld wait I would be called but till now iam yet to hear from them pls is anybody in thesame situation

bigfizh: 80 percent of d people dat were recruited recently are for operations while d others are for marketing.
To d other guy dat did interview wit ZC and HR, if u are successful u wil be contacted, d next stage wil be gettin ur offer letter, which u are to sign, after which u will be asked to go for medicals and if u are medically fit, den u are good to go....

bigfizh: i currently work there, anyway, aptitude test and interviews are still been conducted, they have employed d first batch dat was successful and they were 67 in numbers, from different regions.. 21 out of all d Ex corpers dat wrote d test last year december have been recruited.one thing i want to make clear is if u did aptitude test with ecobank and u didn't hear from us two to three weeks after, it means u were unsuccessful.

@ house, those that did d apptitude test last year december were ex corps members that served in ecobank...I wonder if there's any one of them present here. Some wrote @ lekki, odas @ AWC, port harcourt

bigfizh: Guys, if you did ecobank test and u didn't hear from them two to three weeks after, just know you were unsuccessful...the successful candidates of decenmber, january february tests are all in d induction trainin now in lagos.

Bigfish, how authentic is ur info? Remember dat d exam was nation wide...and banks hav regions...u can't tell me dat doz from the southern part or northern part are all in lagos for induction!
