obafemee80: America And Mass shootings...
The Gun Violence Archive says there have been 32,387 total shooting incidents so far in 2019 as of Wednesday, resulting in 8,533 deaths and 16,945 injuries--- And typical Nigerians will be shouting America is a safer country... Exactly. At least we know which places to avoid... their own can happen anywhere. |

IamSoProlific: Lolz.....it's actually crazy putting j.cole and wack on the same sentence. Truth be told J.cole is one of the best thing to happen to hip hop and rap globally. I was actually making reference to that yellow boy he addressed on the 1985 track. I can't remember the boy's name and don't care to either.
Meanwhile, I don't think WU tang clan worth the level of ovation they got during their time, they're seemingly wack to what hip hop and good music represents, although relatively acceptable to rap as a culture.
However, I hate to but I have to admit that outlaws are, while I try so hard to exclude Andre 3k. His name is Lil Pump. By the way how can you call Wu Tang wack? How can a Hip Hop head listen to 36 Chambers and call Wu wack. SMH! |

nairamaniac: The Beyonce and wizkid brown skin girl is a wonderful track in my opinion though. It not over hyped at all. I also think its grammy-worthy.
That Chris Brown's brown skin girl only has a similar title to Beyonce's own. Nothing else is the same.
I can't remember when last Beyonce had a melodic combo as good as dis since #if I was a boy. Featuring Rkelly#
And wizkid stepped up his skill-set to the level of Sean Kingston and Bruno Mars on this track. True. She needs to shoot a video for that song with Wizkid. |

nairamaniac: Rihanna and Beyonce have more commercial songs.
But believe me, you can enjoy a Beyonce or Rihanna full album as much as a Pink full album, from Track 1 to the last Track.
Beyonce and Rihanna may have more catchy choruses and beats.
But Pink, ohhhh my God. She has sang far more meaningful songs than them both.
U know what, try to subscribe to a night data plan to get as much as 500mb on Amy network.
Then down load two or three of Pink's full albums.
Missundaztood, The Truth About Love, I'm Not Dead
Just those 3. And these weren't the best.
Then try to play the song *family portrait* on repeat.
Pink is far far way deeper than both. Just that they both have more commercial-appeal.
But real fans like me can't be swayed away by all that. "Momma please stop crying, I can't stand the sound... Just thinking of that song touched me deep down in my soul. Beyonce might have catchy songs, but damn, Pink's music touches your soul. |

nextstep: My only fear is that if people associate the flop with Afro{beats/pop/house}, it will slow adoption and future collaborations. True. I think the problem with the album is that there is a little confusion. Most people thought it would be a Beyonce album...imagine them now listening and hearing some afro beat songs. You know her Beyhive people don't care about anybody else apart from Beyonce. I don't think she did enough promo for the album. She should have short a video for the song with Wizkid, Brown Skin Girls. |

nairamaniac: Pink is better than both. Comparing albums vs albums.
Trust me. WORD! I have been a Pink fan since her Can't Take Me Home album. My favorite album from her still is Missundazstood (2001). Damn! That album is something else. And it was a commercial success too...12 million copies sold worldwide. My second favorite album fro, her is her 2006 album, I'm Not Dead.

plaindealer: I used to think this is a religious cult, but after watching their propaganda videos and seeing their military stance and profile, it's safe to conclude that the FG did the right thing by curtailing their activities. This is a clear and present danger that the FG must nip in the bud ASAP.
Their parades are well organized professionally structured with tall and well-built members with obvious strong military training, even the women are not left out.
This is more than a religious cult/
This is definitely not a religion, this looks more like a state within a state and a non-state military outfit within Nigeria. But majority won't see this because of their hate for the president. The thing I have to say though is that the government hasn't done a good job in furnishing people with the dangers of allowing the religious sect to continue to operate. If they had been showing all these from the start, more people would understand the dangers of letting the sect continue to grow. |

I chose to go to the school because I wanted to be a border and get away from home but my parent's weren't having it because they had my siblings' fees to pay too. I swear if I had the knowledge I now have I might have sold one of them to pay the boarding fees! My mates have this camaraderie which I'd envy if not for their complete regard and acceptance of me.
I vote boarding, in a good school. Your children will learn to stand on their own feet and will build life long relationships that will benefit them and you. You have said it all. |

Sex is one mysterious son-of-a-biitch that overrides every sane thing at the point of action and your face go clear after the whole shiit. lol! You are so right. I guess that is why we have strong urges put in place to make us want to have sex...if not for that, most wont even have sex. That's why after some men cum, the person they are in bed with start to disgust them. Lol. It was just that strong urge driving them to act. |

Unlike us that speak English and change to our dialect when we meet someone from our place, Americans speak English all the time, with other Americans from their state. And majority of Americans are Christians too (One mjaor religion, not like the case of Nigeria with two major religions). This helps a lot. We, we have Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Fulani. Efik, Ibibibio, Esan, Binin, Tiv, Ijaw, Urhobo...the list is endless. When people speak DIFFERENT languages they see themselves as different, and in most cases, competition of who is the better people creeps in. |

And the lies keep rolling in. Even white men that are more advanced and keep records of stuff like this talk about memories from 3 years old, but some are saying they have memories from 8 months old. SMH. I just hate lies. They are mentioning 2 years, 8 months, 6 months, as if they were at that time conscious of the exact age they were. Think about that for a minute and you will understand that they are all just lying. |
Family › Re: What Is Your Earliest Memory? by kayo80(m): 7:51am On Jul 08, 2019 |
dancok: no mind them, are these people normal? Or na me no remember. Don't mind them. Even scientists say we can recall memories from around 3.5 years old, and anything farther than that would be a puzzle. But these guys are mentioning 2 years old...one girl here even said she has memories from when she was some months old. Are they aliens? It is either they are lying for attention, or they have been told the story of that incidence so many times that they think they actually have a memory of it. You know the brain can't tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined. |

XhosaNostra: I've shared a personal story on this exact subject & people attacked me, calling me a liar lol. Still don't know what would compel me to lie about something like that.
Anyways, I was talking to my mother & I asked her if she still remembered an incident that happened years ago. In my mind's eye I could see myself on the bed when it happened. It's nothing weird, I just don't wanna go into details on what exactly happened. She asked me how I knew about it. I told her I remember it & continued to give her more details to prove I still remember it as if it happened recently. The look on her face was of sheer horror. According to her I was only a couple of months old when it happened. Even today I don't know how I remembered, when I have memory gaps between age one & two. Generally my memory is very good. I remember a lot of things from childhood, like when I stole another girl's painting because mine was ugly & untidy I was in creche You remember what happened when you were just a couple of months old? Why don't you tell us you remember when you were in your mother's womb. SMH |

I was probably around 5, there was some sort of checkup going on the school, and we were asked to line up...boys and girls sperately. The first set of boys that came out said that the man inside the sickbay was putting his hand in their shorts and feeling their joysticks. WTF! I thought they were joking and was scared at the same time. I was a very quiet and private kid and this was very out of the ordinary and scary for me. I tried to run but one aunty brought me back to the queue. When it was my turn, it happened so fast and I didn't feel as awkward as before. But i still wonder what that checkup was about. |

ithink7: Oga please take time and watch the video carefully. Listen to every word, the questions of the interviewer, her response, the details of her narration, the body language, etc. If you've ever been involved with women, you can tell she's very close to the truth if not 100% truth. You don't make up such story with details and names of people involved. Some of the people she mentioned would've come out to debunk her claim. You need to memorize your lies but truth flows naturally.
The reason she has to come out was because the church started spreading rumours about her after her husband accused the pastor indirectly on social media.
The husband complained because the pastor is still sleeping with your girls. They had to find a way to stop him.
I've met Busola and Timi Dakolo at House on the Rock, lekki before and I think I believe her.
This your long epistle is written from a position ignorance. God bless you. This is the best comment on this post. Even the best story teller in the world can't tell a fictional story with as much detail as the girl gave in one sitting...going back to some instances when the interviewer took her back to them, and still saying the same exact thing. There is no way in hell she could have told a lie that long and detailed. But I noticed most of the people saying she is lying are in three categories...1. The over-religious people that pastors on the pedestal of demigods. 2. The misogynists. 3. The haters of this present government who hate the fact that all the energy is on this rape case and not on something negative about this government. |
