Was asked my name and also if I have marketing experience.

Then the CEO said i have to prove to them if i can market their solar energy packages so he will give me an opportunity to market one of their package called Emerald worth 1.6million at 5percent commission before 15th of February. Thereafter we can now sit and talk about employment.

Of which i met one guy on way to the coy which has already explained how the interview went with. They told him the same thing.

It's so annoying. wasted my time and money.

Pay is 50K after all deduction it falls to 44K ,
however, commission is been paid for number of active client a DSA activate and who uses the platform.

I think you should know how much you will spend on transportation first. If your end means can be met which i believe should be, then you can consider switching. Another issue is career prospect- you might want to consider the one that will bring rapid career growth and development.

March is not far but as you said, you are not sure if Company A will employ you which means any decision taken in favor of company A is a risk. Well, it good to take risk actually so the decision is yours. Analyze and decide. Best of luck

I work in an indian company at the moment and i would say that dressing is the least concern for indians. just make sure you know and understand the practical aspect of your field. And make sure you stand your ground when being ask about your salary expectations because once you are employed, they would use the hell out of you. Research about their salary scale before going and let that be your standard for your salary expectation. I hope this helps. Best of luck dude.
