it doesn't autoroll anything rather it will dismantle the existing software already in your decoder so its either it's bugged or may be connected to the current misunderstanding between Sameer009 and strong technologies team of which I don't know what the issues is all about though his last post suggested his advice to strong technologies to implement the latest technology and software
On their decoder that other manufacturers are using feel on deaf ears and I must say this is not the first time they are falling out then later reconciled. So let's wait and see how it pans out.Thanks

My observation about 4950H decoder when connected to diseqc switch most especially 8in1 diseqc switch, After using two 4950H decoder with the same problem afterwards my conclusion is that 4950H decoder from strong has a hardware problem with diseqc switch. This is what the problem is while the decoder is on, Connected to 8in1 diseqc switch working normal then I removed the cable from the lnb already mounted on the dish work perfectly well except that theirs a signal drop and the cable is from pot 3 of the disqc switch so I removed the cable from the lnb then connected it to another tracking decoder when am done with adjustment then I connected the cable back to the lnb but it refuses to bring signal remember that the 4950H decoder is on while I was doing the adjustment outside so I checked the f connector screw it was ok , I run it direct it worked so discovered it was the disqc switch issue so i changed the cable from pot 3 to pot 4 it worked but pot 3 is dead no signal on it anymore the same situation on my second 4950H decoder the pot 7 in the 8in1 disqc switch is dead while the pot 5 is cutting the signal strength by 7% after carrying out this same adjustment while the decoder is switch on. So with this experiences on the same model I feel it's a hardware problem so to avoid this problem it's better to switch off the decoder before removing cable from the lnb for adjustment. Pls share if you have similar experience. Thanks.

They have another frequency with about 3 channels but mbc is on 12518H 29500.

go to entertainmentt and to YouTube...if YouTube works,then one is sure that the server is working... otherwise try any of the iptv options if the server. is ok,it will work.
If you are certain the server is working, try sp24 , keep it on for a while and observe....if you hit the jackpot ,"incinerate"the house..

Viva Fta ,also want to add that those with 18west boys FD should try it with WiFi Adapter because I have a feeling that's what this software is meant to Archive. Remember as we all know Strong Decoders don't open Bisskey encrypted channels except some Tiger series of Decoder & I understand this is the same process being used by Tiger Decoder users to open it . @ blexxonmax sir & all the gurus in the house pls this new software from crosat with this captions of Hidden WiFi option , I have installed it and use my WiFi adopter connected to my 4950H but honesty I don't see the benefit till now also I try to connect my WiFi to my decoder wirelessly but it wasn't connecting to the decoder though it will pick my WiFi signal but no complete connection so pls has anyone use this software with WiFi connection? pls share the benefits with us .thanks

With 8*1 DiSEqC 1.1 switch, you should have an equivalent of 32*1 configuration.
You need only 4 ports to achieve 16*1 configuration.

These Strong software developer always release softwares to benefit the Strong Company's market. From selling 4922a to 4950 to 4955. Why not release 4950 first before 4955. Imagine how many 4955 boxes they will sell this week and beyond before releasing 4950 software. Personally, I am more interested in getting T3000, I think this box has it all, worth it's weight in gold.
Though I am not planning to discard my Strong boxes and Qsat. Wow! I can't count how many decoders I have now. I hope I don't make my wife angry adding more, she always thinks that it's waste of money, of course she doesn't understand.

AFN Package on Thor1west is ok so if they release 4950H software then good but i doubt it judging by their antecedents. My fingers crossed while they prove me wrong though.
