I went to abuja International tradefair for some days.
Sellers were complaining of low patronage but mallams were having slay Queens and women in hijab trooping in and out of there shops.

I was always perceiving sweet chicken aroma that always made me salivate and wondered where the aroma was oozing from.

So yesterday I was asking a lady closeby where the aroma was coming from as it was oozing close to her.

What she told me shocked me.....KAYANMATA.

So those ladies filing in and out of mallams shops were buying kayanmata.

I have been married for over 4 years. I noticed some months ago that my wife keeps chatting with a married neighbour.

I have had no reason to look at her chats before now, but one early morning as I was about to use her phone's hotspot, the first chat of the day was from the man and I was tempted to read through their chats and saw signs of light flirting.

I was shocked. I warned her about it. Clearly telling her that such actions will gradually deepen. She promised to stop. She still continued with the chats saying there was nothing at all between them and always trying to tell me what they discussed. I warned her sternly a second time and told her I was not interested in their conversations since she says their is nothing between them, she should keep the conversations to herself.

This man does not stay with his family here in Lagos and I found out recently that my wife went to clean his apartment and from the chat the man said he noticed love in her eyes.

Mehn, I have not said anything about this discovery, but I don't like the thoughts running through my head. I know my wife suspects I read their chat and has been trying to be extra nice.

Another Hausa/Fulani is currently in power and will be completing 8 years by the next election year. A Hausa/Fulani was vice president for eight years under a Yoruba man as president for 8 years. Another Hausa/Fulani was vice president under an Ijaw man as president for 6 years. An Ijaw man was president for 6 years. The Igbo, one of the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria is yet to produce a Nigerian president since 1999. A lot of Nigerians especially those from the South believe that political power at the centre should be rotated between the North and South hence it is the turn of the South for equity sake. They know that if it is based on population, the North will continue to produce the president. As such, they are appealing to the Northerners to allow a Southerner to emerge despite the huge population of the North. It appears some considerate northerners are thinking in this direction. The irony is that some Yoruba South-westerners, who are appealing to the North to release power to the South, do not want to listen to their Igbo South-eastern counterparts to also tow this line of reasoning. After producing the President for 8 years and vice president for another 8 years with the Igbo not producing any of the above, they Yorubas (not all) still want to take the southern slot in 2023. They use a lot of tricks such as latching on the seeming misunderstanding between president Buhari and most Igbo forgetting or pretending to forget their support for Shehu Shagari, the massive Igbo support for Bashir Tofa, late president Umar Musa Yar'adua and Atiku Abubakar who are/were all northern Muslim politicians. They are also trying to use the call for independent Biafra as a blackmail the Igbo from getting the number one position while pretending not to know about the agitation for an independent Yoruba nation led by Sunday Igboho. They also fail to realize that the actions of Niger Delta militants did not stop former president Good luck Jonathan from becoming Nigeria's president neither did Boko Haram insurgency in the northern part of Nigeria stop president Buhari's emergence as Nigeria's president. If the North should be considerate and allow power to shift to the South, the Southwest should also be considerate and allow power to shift to the Southeast. A lot of people have been preaching One Nigeria. To me, it is those who do not want an Igbo person as president in 2023 that are the real enemies of One Nigeria. Nigerian Music legend, Eedris Abdulkareem has said the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government will soon start arresting Nigerians for speaking Igbo.


Eedris said this while condemning the arrest of Veteran Nollywood actor, Chiwetalu Agu.

In a post on his Instagram page, Abdulkareem said Agu deserved to be honoured in the East for his brave act.
