50k is a good start. U can download the app and sign up using ur BVN or visit a Stanbic Ibtc branch closest to you. However, note that the former will be restricted to 200k top up unless u visit their physical bank to remove the restriction (of course with your documentation e.g National ID etc). I doubt any bank will take that. Why don't you move it to MMF and continue to build on it gradually and periodically?.
