It will affect everybody positively if his refinery started fully. A reduced price on petrol will have cost of food reduced as well. Dangote is a blessing to Nigeria. Some of those oil marketers were given licenses to build refinery over twenty years ago, they didn't build because it is very lucrative to get subsidy from government and refined back to the country. Mangal cement in kogi state has just open for business and it cost the owner 1.5b dollars to build, BUA has also do ground breaking again in a town in my local government, last week. Ososo in Akoko Edo and that town host the now defunct guilder utimate search. We have huge deposit of limestone which is the majorly components of cement production. No Edo rich man could muster the courage to build a cement factory. All the governors we have had since 1999 were visionless.

All administration give who they like to lift crude oil and refined in abroad and back to the country. Under Buhari, A A RANO was the major importer of petrol. If not that Tinubu removed subsidy, he will have also appoint his own too. It has been so since 1999. Military government has been the best government till date cos refineries were functional then.
