They bluffed him and the SW political elite brought out 'Sunday IGBOHO '. This angered the North and they did all in their power to extradite him back to NIGERIA, but as almajiri no get brain, they didn't factor in the fact that BENIN Republic was an extension of Yoruba land.

Seeing that Yoruba supported Sunday IGBOHO immensely, they now drafted Burutai to Benin Republic as an ambassador to put pressure on the Government of Benin Republic to extradite Sunday IGBOHO. Tinubu refused that move and actually worked with the BENIN Republic President to use Judicial means to detain Sunday IGBOHO in their country indefinitely.

If IGBOHO was extradited, BUHARI would have killed both him and Nnamdi Kanu instantly. In this regard, I agree that TINUBU was very smart.

But, my angst is this. Sunday IGBOHO has been mandated to start talking again because the North is regrouping to take power from TINUBU. Even Burutais statement that NIGERIA is indivisible is because of Sunday IGBOHOs recent statements and the Southern Governor's parley.

The only person the North dreads and sadly it's same Yoruba that insult him the most is NNAMDI KANU. They know that if TINUBU releases Nnamdi Kanu, o ti lo. This is based on the fact that with all the Propaganda against him and his quest for BIAFRA. He remains defiant and has refused to yield to so many advances made on him to drop the BIAFRA agitation.

Something is certain that plays into TINUBUs grip on power presently. The actions of BUHARI to the SE and SS region alienated any future partnership they will want to foster.

As things are El Rufai and other BUHARI lackeys can't dare ask for SE alliance.

So the North is in a limbo, because of this the suicide bombing has resumed. Orchestrated by the same people that made Jonathan's Government unstable with vast insecurities.

All I know is this ..let NIGERIA divide so that we coexist as neighbors with mutual respect for eachother

No court but Obaseki's house of assembly members issue it and can't be higher than the court. Only another court can do and Obaseki has appeal that in court of appeal Benin and he will likely get a favourable judgement against his deputy but supreme court will last last favour Shaibu. Obaseki na just mumu, who never listen to people. How can a deputy be given you sleepless night before the primaries.

I only accepted professor Osunbor Whatsapp group and unfortunately he lost the primaries. Obaseki always believe he knows better than others. Even if he get any judgement to favour his candidate in Benin city, just know that he will lose all in supreme court in Abuja. They set a trap for him, and he just jump into it unknowningly and he got caught.

Factional Secretary-general of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, has said that the people of the southeast zone will not join in the proposed nationwide protests against the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The protest is slated to be held on August 1st-10th, 2024, over the biting economic hardship in the country

In a statement on Tuesday, Isiguzoro said that Igbos will not be used again, citing that the southeast has been used as sacrificial lambs in previous riots.

He noted that previous riots have resulted in immense losses of Igbo lives and properties.

He stressed that what mattered most to the South-East was the release of Nnamdi Kanu, not participating in the nationwide protests.

Part of the statement read: “Drawing from the painful history of past riots and protests in Nigeria, such as the 17th April 1978 ALI MUST GO Protests, the 24th May 1989 ANTI-SAP RIOTS, the 1993 June 12 protests, the 2nd-14th January 2012 OCCUPY NIGERIA protests, and the 20th October 2020 END SARS protests, which resulted in immense losses of Igbo lives and properties, OHANAEZE NDIGBO highlights the fact that Igbos have often been used as sacrificial lambs in the course of these protests.

“In the interest of protecting the lives and properties of Igbos across the country, OHANAEZE NDIGBO has made the decision to direct Igbos at home and in the diaspora to refrain from participating in the nationwide protests scheduled for August 1st-10th, 2024, for the following reasons.

“Firstly, the security challenges in the Southeast region make it imprudent to allow any form of protest or riot to occur. Any attempt to enforce protests in the southeast will only exacerbate the already precarious security situation in the region.

“Extremists and criminals may take advantage of such protests to instigate violence, loot properties, and cause chaos. Therefore, it is not advisable for any protests to take place in the southeast.


“Secondly, with the fear of Igbos being used as sacrificial lambs in the upcoming protests nationwide, OHANAEZE NDIGBO advises Igbo residents in the 19 Northern States and Southwest to boycott the protests for their own safety and security. Staying away from the protests is crucial to safeguarding their well-being.”
