I made order for my phone, phone case and screen protectors. I got a message that my phone arrived Lagos on 21/12/19. On 24/11/12, it got to Akure. On 27th, I was called that I had mail, on getting there they gave me phone case and no phone yet. I got angry so bad that I left the case there. I hope I will get my phone on Monday sha.

Message the seller for clarifications.
And demand they ship your item as soon as possible or just ask for a refund.

They ought to tell you whatsup before canceling shipment.

Anyways, as for Ijebu ode, there's no official handling fee that is 100! You either pay N200 for orders btw 0.1kg - 0.49kg or you pay N500 for items ≥0.5kg, items lesser than 0.1kg are FREE small packets. Any amount billed lesser or above these is/are illegal; all payments comes with receipts too. If you must pay, demand for your receipt or collect your money back!

I have been receiving orders with little or no weights. As i have previously mentioned, I get receipts for anyone I paid for.

Delays in receiving shipment usually depends on customs and most times the sellers as well
I have bought products that gets to me in 2 weeks or less using free shipping.
Again you have to also be strategic when making orders

im not new to buying things on aliexpress.com and getting it delivered to my house in lagos without incuring extra cost except in some cases when i get to pay a token amount of money which i usually get a receipt for.
but to my surprise, i received my first item here in Ijebu Ode, Ogun state post office and i was asked to pay #100 which i never anticipated. this 100 didnt come with a receipt. I will be buying more good online and will be using this post office. does it mean i will be paying these kinda money without receipts everytime i receive items?
i wanna know if anyone has similar experience with certain post office around you.
