OkaiCorne:Stars falling to earth refers to asteroids or meteorites colliding with planet earth. Don't forget that English people used to call meteors "shooting stars". The author you are referring to saw a vision of several asteroids impacting the earth, which will be happening soon. |
Feast of Atonement 2017 Le. 16:29 “This is to be a lasting ordinance for you: On the tenth day of the seventh month you must deny yourselves [Or must fast] and not do any work — whether native-born or an alien living among you — Le. 16:30 because on this day atonement will be made for you, to cleanse you. Then, before the LORD, you will be clean from all your sins. Le. 16:31 It is a sabbath of rest, and you must deny yourselves; it is a lasting ordinance. Because of the sign of Revelation 12 that appeared yesterday, it is important that every Israelite that aspires to be in the elect class fully observe the Feast of Atonement, September 30, 2017. The prayer in my last post should be appropriate to be said throughout the period of the feast. The prayer of cleansing from sin should continue till the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles. In this post, https://www.nairaland.com/4060322/sign-revelation-12-saturday-23rd#60563461 , I indicated that the ministry of the 144,000 Israelites will possibly commence at the beginning of the Feast of tabernacles, October 5, 2017. |
How to become Holy The Knowledge that God will release is not really new; it is already in the Bible. God will only give the understanding of what is already in the Bible. Le. 16:17 No-one is to be in the Tent of Meeting from the time Aaron goes in to make atonement in the Most Holy Place until he comes out, having made atonement for himself, his household and the whole community of Israel. Le. 16:18 “Then he shall come out to the altar that is before the LORD and make atonement for it. He shall take some of the bull’s blood and some of the goat’s blood and put it on all the horns of the altar. Le. 16:19 He shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times to cleanse it and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the Israelites. Le. He. 9:13 The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. He. 9:14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God! Cleansing from sin can only be done by the blood of Jesus. How could a Christian of today become holy like Jesus? It is only by the application of the blood of Jesus through faith. Jn. 6:53 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Faith is a matter of believing in your heart and speaking with your mouth. Following is a very powerful prayer. “In the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I drink into me the blood of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit of God. I eat into me the flesh of the Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. I cleanse myself from every impurity and every idol by the blood of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit.” As I say the above prayer, I open my mouth and drink in air, while visualizing the blood and flesh of Jesus Christ pouring into me. |
How they will arise Ez. 36:25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. Ez. 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. Ez. 36:27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Ro. 11:16 says, “If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy”. Re. 14:5 says that they are blameless. That is the key to the rise of the elect of Israel. 2Ti. 2:20 In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for noble purposes and some for ignoble. 2Ti. 2:21 If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. When some Israelites become holy, they become instruments that God can use for noble purposes. 2Ti. 2:21 says that it is a man that will cleanse himself to holiness. Ezekiel 36 says that it is God who will cleanse an Israelite to holiness. Are they contradicting? Notice that 2Ti. 2:21 was written by Apostle Paul, whom people claim that he taught them to do no work towards their salvation. In Ez. 36:25, God begins the purification of Israel by sprinkling clean water on the Israelites. What does this mean? The meaning can be seen in Ep. 5:26, “washing her with water by the word”. It is therefore safe to infer that God will give the Israelites the knowledge of how to cleanse themselves. Both God and man are involved; God gives the knowledge, while man receives and applies the knowledge. The first people to receive and apply the knowledge that God releases become the elect of Israel. When a person receives and applies the knowledge that God releases and thereby become free from all impurities and idols, God goes on to give the person a new heart and then gives His Spirit to that person without measure. The person immediately becomes as Jesus was during his earthly ministry. |
I am referring to descendants of ancient Israel. End time will not fully manifest until the elects of Israel emerge. Ro. 11:16 If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches. Re. 14:3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No-one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. Re. 14:4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they kept themselves pure. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. Re. 14:5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless. The 144,000 Israelites are the elect of Israel. They are the first fruits. Ro. 11:16 implies that unless the elects of Israel arise, the rest of the Church cannot reach the level of holiness required by God. This means that unless the elect of Israel arise, the rapture cannot take place. Only perfectly holy people can make the rapture (Ep. 5:27). The elect of Israel is the woman of Revelation 12. The ministry of the elect of Israel will give birth to sons of God—perfect people like Jesus (1Jn. 3:2). The appearance of the sign of Revelation 12 in the sky on September 23, 2017 is an announcement that it is time for the elect of Israel to arise. |
The world is not ending on the 23rd of September.. I used to be a harbinger of this errorneous believe since 2010, but it's all nonsense. No one knows the day nor the hour of the coming of the son of manI never posted anywhere that the world will end this month. Re. 14:1 Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. Re. 14:2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps. Re. 14:6 Then I saw another angel flying in mid-air, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth — to every nation, tribe, language and people. Re. 14:7 He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.” Re. 14:8 A second angel followed and said, “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.” Revelation 14 presents the correct sequence of key end-time events. Around September 23, Re. 14:1-5 will be fulfilled. Only the members of the 144,000 Isaraelites will know that it is happening. Around October 5, Re. 14:6-7 will be fulfilled. Some ordinary people will see previously ordinary Christians suddenly begin to do the kind of works that Jesus did during his earthly ministry. Wonderful revelations-packed teaching of God's word, coupled with great signs and wonders. May be by October new moon, the fall of Babylon will commence. Great wars. http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message3637748/pg1#64975542 |
The sign of Revelation 12 will appear in the sky on Saturday 23rd September, 2017. So, this coming weekend, biblical end time events will begin in earnest. What are we expecting? On Rosh Hashanah, the sound of the shofar blows. I saw a vision of a shofar from the viewpoint of Heaven, rather than on earth. I then saw the Lord with clouds all around Him, holding up the shofar. As the Father blows the shofar sound, I believe it is to announce that a Great Awakening has begun. I see tens of thousands of faces, old and young, and of every color and ethnic group. Just as sound waves move, we will hear the shofar blast and we will move with Him. Just as in Genesis 1:2, I saw God's ruach (His very breath of life and wind of His Spirit) being blown through the shofar, and a violent awaking is taking place. Church, rise up! This is our finest hour! When the shofar blows, many of you will feel a shaking on the earth, for He is shaking the heavens with a radical love that will reverberate from Heaven to earth. http://www.elijahlist.com/words/display_word.html?ID=18778 I believe that the 144,000 Israelites will now arise; they together form the woman of Revelation 12. The ministry of the 144,000 will possibly begin by the Feast of Tabernacles, which begins on 5th October (full moon). The full moon in October is America’s harvest moon. The ministry of the 144,000 Israelites will harvest the sons of God. As soon as the ministry of the 144,000 begins, the enormous red dragon of Re. 12:3 will appear and great trouble begins all over the world. The great trouble will be the birth pains (Mt. 24:7-8 ) that will lead to the birthing of the manchild (sons of God). I think that the birthing of the manchild will be around November 13, which is when Jupiter will be at the boundary of star constellations Virgo and Libra. The star of Bethlehem will appear on November 13. |
The Sign of Revelation 12 Re. 12:1 A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. Re. 12:2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about birth. Re. 12:5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron sceptre. And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. The sign of Revelation 12 will appear in the sky on Saturday 23rd September, 2017. So, this coming weekend, biblical end time events will begin in earnest. End time has arrived. Every promise God made will now be fulfilled to those who meet the conditions. The time for the gathering of diaspora Jews to Israel is very near. But only Jews who fulfill De. 28:1 will be gathered back to Israel by God Himself. Zep. 3:10 From beyond the rivers of Cush [That is, the upper Nile region] my worshippers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings. Zep. 3:11 On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill. Zep. 3:12 But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD. Zep. 3:13 The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no-one will make them afraid.” A great holiness revival is about to sweep over the whole world. Zep. 3:10 says that this holiness revival will be commenced by Igbo Jews. If you know in your heart that you are a Jew, it is now time to abandon all your idols and repent and seek God with all your heart. Failure to do this will only expose you to end-time judgment. |
Solution to the Spiritual Problem of Igbo Jews De. 28:1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands that I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. Ez. Ez. 36:28 You will live in the land I gave your forefathers; you will be my people, and I will be your God. The solution to the spiritual problem of Igbo Jews can be seen in De. 28:1. Igbo Jews should abandon all their idols and seek for God with all their hearts. Idols are not only wood, stone or demons that people bow to, but also money and wealth. Biafra is another idol that Igbo Jews must abandon. God’s plan for all Jews is to resettle them in Israel. Struggle for actualization of Biafra will only bring unnecessary sorrow. Col. 3:5 Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Ez. 37:21 and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. |
De. 28:15 However, if you do not obey the LORD your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: De. 28:36 The LORD will drive you and the king you set over you to a nation unknown to you or your fathers. There you will worship other gods, gods of wood and stone. De. 28:37 You will become a thing of horror and an object of scorn and ridicule to all the nations where the LORD will drive you. De. 28:36 is talking especially about Igbo Jews. De. 28:37 is talking about all Israelites in the world. The ancient Israelites and their descendants could not obey the LORD their God; they could not carefully follow all the commandments of God. The curses of Deuteronomy 28 therefore became their portion. Jews all over the world have a spiritual problem, which is the curse of Deuteronomy 28. Igbo Jews think that the solution to their numerous problems in Nigeria is Biafra. Unfortunately, not only will the spiritual problem never make Biafra possible, even if Igbos were to get Biafra, the spiritual problem will still mess things up. Je. 43:1 When Jeremiah finished telling the people all the words of the LORD their God — everything the LORD had sent him to tell them — Je. 43:2 Azariah son of Hoshaiah and Johanan son of Kareah and all the arrogant men said to Jeremiah, “You are lying! The LORD our God has not sent you to say, ‘You must not go to Egypt to settle there.’ Je. 43:3 But Baruch son of Neriah is inciting you against us to hand us over to the Babylonians, [Or Chaldeans] so that they may kill us or carry us into exile to Babylon.” Je. 43:4 So Johanan son of Kareah and all the army officers and all the people disobeyed the LORD’s command to stay in the land of Judah. Je. 43:5 Instead, Johanan son of Kareah and all the army officers led away all the remnant of Judah who had come back to live in the land of Judah from all the nations where they had been scattered. Je. 43:6 They also led away all the men, women and children and the king’s daughters whom Nebuzaradan commander of the imperial guard had left with Gedaliah son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, and Jeremiah the prophet and Baruch son of Neriah. Je. 43:7 So they entered Egypt in disobedience to the LORD and went as far as Tahpanhes. Nebuchadnezzar’s conquest of Judah led to the splitting of the people of Judah into two. One group was exiled to Babylon; the other group moved down to Africa. Descendants of former Jewish exiles to Babylon are the white Jews of today. Igbo Jews descended from some of the Jews that went down to Africa. These Jews went down to Africa in disobedience to the word of God to them through Prophet Jeremiah. Je. 44:1 This word came to Jeremiah concerning all the Jews living in Lower Egypt — in Migdol, Tahpanhes and Memphis — and in Upper Egypt: Je. 44:7 “Now this is what the LORD God Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Why bring such great disaster on yourselves by cutting off from Judah the men and women, the children and infants, and so leave yourselves without a remnant? Je. 44:8 Why provoke me to anger with what your hands have made, burning incense to other gods in Egypt, where you have come to live? You will destroy yourselves and make yourselves an object of cursing and reproach among all the nations on earth. Je. 44:15 Then all the men who knew that their wives were burning incense to other gods, along with all the women who were present — a large assembly — and all the people living in Lower and Upper Egypt, said to Jeremiah, Je. 44:16 “We will not listen to the message you have spoken to us in the name of the LORD! Je. 44:17 We will certainly do everything we said we would: We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our fathers, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm. Je. 44:24 Then Jeremiah said to all the people, including the women, “Hear the word of the LORD, all you people of Judah in Egypt. Je. 44:25 This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: You and your wives have shown by your actions what you promised when you said, ‘We will certainly carry out the vows we made to burn incense and pour out drink offerings to the Queen of Heaven.’ “Go ahead then, do what you promised! Keep your vows! Je. 44:26 But hear the word of the LORD, all Jews living in Egypt: ‘I swear by my great name,’ says the LORD, ‘that no-one from Judah living anywhere in Egypt shall ever again invoke my name or swear, “As surely as the Sovereign LORD lives.” The Jews that went down to Egypt finally provoked God to the extent that God disconnected them from His name. As Je. 44:7 says, these Jews became cut off from Judah. As Je. 44:8 says, they became an object of cursing and reproach among all the nations on earth, just like Africans are to the world today; these Jews became no different from Africans. They are even objects of cursing and reproach among Africans. Igbo Jews descended from some of those Jews; that is why Igbo Jews have serious spiritual problem. Recently, the result of DNA analysis of some Igbos made some white Jews to conclude that there are no Jews among Igbos. This conclusion is in agreement with Je. 44:7. Igbo Jews have been cut off from Judah by gene mutation; they are now very much Africans. |
Finally 1Th. 5:16 Be joyful always; 1Th. 5:17 pray continually; 1Th. 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. As the time for the adoption of the sons of God nears, there will be great trouble in the whole world. Even in the midst of all the tribulations, remember to be joyful always. This can only be possible if the mind is always connected to God in an attitude of prayer and the prayer is full of thanksgiving and praise to God. Instead of worrying about losses in the world, occupy yourself with words of faith. Re. 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. Jesus is knocking at the door by the promises of God. If we open the door through the word of faith, He will come in and be with us through the Holy Spirit. |
Examples of word of Faith “Praise be to you the Most High, for you cleanse me from all impurities and idols by your Holy Spirit.” Ez. 36:25. “I thank you everlasting Father God for you enable me to will and to act according to your good purpose by your divine power through the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ.” Ph. 2:13 “By the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, I shall obey all the teachings of Jesus Christ and he will not allow any of the diseases of this world to afflict me. O God, you are my Jehovah rapha—the God who heals me.” Ex. 15:26 “By your grace O God, I shall be careful to obey all that you have commanded us through Jesus Christ; then you will prosper me and make me successful.” Jo. 1:8 “By the grace of the lord Jesus Christ, I shall always seek the LORD; and I will not lack any good thing.” Ps. 34:10 “Praise be to the LORD Almighty, who is my sun and my shield. Thank you LORD for you bestow favour and honour on me. By your grace O God, I shall be blameless and you will not withhold from me any good thing. LORD Almighty, I am blessed because I trust in you.” Ps. 84:11-12 |
Cleansing from all idols Lk. 18:18 A certain ruler asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” Lk. 18:20 You know the commandments: `Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honour your father and mother.’“ Lk. 18:21 “All these I have kept since I was a boy,” he said. Lk. 18:22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” Lk. 18:23 When he heard this, he became very sad, because he was a man of great wealth. Lk. 18:24 Jesus looked at him and said, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God! Lk. 18:25 Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” “Idols” here refer to fleshly and worldly obsessions. Jesus told the rich young ruler to give up his wealth and become poor in order to become great in the kingdom of God, but the rich young ruler valued his wealth more than the kingdom. Notice that the first thing Jesus told the rich young ruler to do is to keep the commandments of God, which is cleansing from all impurities. Jesus then told the rich young ruler that one thing remained, and that one thing is cleansing from all idols. It is there that the rich young ruler failed. Remember Lots’ wife! (Lk. 17:32) So many people find it difficult to believe that this world has no more time. They spend all their time strategizing for tomorrow, instead of striving to be adopted as a son of God. 2Pe. 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Ro. 4:17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” [Gen. 17:5] He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed — the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. God’s divine power is able to give us everything we need, if only we could approach God by faith. The way to approach God by faith is to call things that are not as though they were, through word of faith. |
Purification of the Heart Ez. 36:25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. Ez. 36:27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Ep. 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her Ep. 5:26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, Ep. 5:27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. Ez. 36:25 shows that both impurities and idols must be cleansed from the heart before the kingdom of God can come into a person. The impurities can be seen in Ga. 5:19-21, with a warning that anyone who has any of the impurities can never inherit the kingdom of God. Ep. 5:26 shows us that the way to cleanse impurities from the heart is by washing with living water (Holy Spirit) through the word. Spiritual cleansing is done by invoking the Holy Spirit through word of faith (Ro. 10: .Ro. 9:30 What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith; Ro. 9:31 but Israel, who pursued a law of righteousness, has not attained it. There are two ways human beings seek to attain righteousness. One way is to work hard to keep a law of righteousness. The other way is to trust God for His divine power to move you to be righteous. When God’s power moves a person to live righteously, that is the grace of God in action. Unfortunately, today you hear so many people talking about the grace of God, but who do not live righteously. Grace is in operation only where there is righteousness. Seeking for righteousness by working hard to keep a law of righteousness does not work; that is why the Jews are yet to become the holy nation that God said they should be. |
Aspiring for Sonship of God Mt. 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Mt. 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Col. 3:2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. If you have the aspiration to be one of those that God will adopt as His sons, you must focus all your attention on the kingdom and righteousness of God. Actually, as we can see from 2Ti. 2:20-21, the kingdom of God comes into a person who has attained the righteousness of God. Mt. 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Only those who are as pure in heart as Jesus can see God. They are the ones that God will adopt as His sons. Jesus said that only very few people in the world will be able to make this mark. Contrary to what some modern Christians of today teach as the doctrine of grace, both 2Ti. 2:21 and 1Jn. 3:3 say that the Christian should purify himself. The Christian must work out his salvation (Ph. 2:12). |
The Sign of Revelation 12 Re. 12:1 A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. Re. 12:2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Re. 12:5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron sceptre. And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. The general belief is that no one can know the time of end-time events before they occur. This belief is hinged on only one statement that Jesus made (Mt. 24:36). The big question is, does that statement hold for all time or does it hold only when Jesus said it? If it holds for all time, what about God’s word that God does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets (Am. 3:7)? All I can tell you is that Mt. 24:36 applied only when Jesus said it. Apostle Paul later wrote that the sons of the light will not be taken unawares (1Th. 5:4-5). Finally, Jesus revealed the sign of Revelation 12 to Apostle John. Re. 12:5 refers to the adoption of the sons of God. Re.12:1-2 gives an astronomical sign that will occur when the adoption of the sons of God is very near. The sign has four components: The sun will be in Virgo (the virgin)—one of the 12 signs of the zodiac; the moon will be at the feet or east of Virgo; there will be 12 stars at the head or west of Virgo—at the head of Virgo is constellation Leo; and Virgo will be pregnant—the king planet, Jupiter, will be in Virgo. It has been scientifically established that all the four components of the sign of Re. 12:1-2 will simultaneously be in the sky on 23rd September, 2017. Astronomy computer simulation (Stellarium) shows that the last time all the four components of the sign of Re. 12:1-2 were simultaneously in the sky was more than 7,000 years ago and it will take more than another 7,000 years before all the four components of the sign of Re. 12:1-2 will simultaneously be in the sky again. Stellarium shows that Jupiter will exit star constellation Virgo (the woman in the sign of Re. 12:1-2) on 13th November, 2017. It also shows that the star of Bethlehem will appear on 13th November, as Jupiter is exiting Virgo. Re. 12:5 says that shortly after the resurrection of the sons of God, they are snatched up to God and to his throne—the rapture. The coincidence of the star of Bethlehem with Jupiter’s exit of Virgo on 13th November seems to suggest that it is a very important day. My thinking is that the adoption of the sons of God will happen on or in the neighbourhood of this date. |
Who will partake in the rapture? Ro. 8:19 The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. Ro. 8:22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Ro. 8:23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 1Jn. 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 1Jn. 3:3 Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure. Only people who God will adopt as His sons can partake in the rapture. Hence, preparation for rapture is actually striving to be one of the people to be adopted as sons of God. Every adopted son of God will ascend to heaven, just like Jesus the Son of God did. Lk. 13:23 Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?” He said to them, Lk. 13:24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. Lk. 13:25 Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, `Sir, open the door for us.’ “But he will answer, `I don’t know you or where you come from.’ Lk. 13:26 “Then you will say, `We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’ Lk. 13:27 “But he will reply, `I don’t know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!’ Jesus says here that most of the people that think who they will make the rapture will not be able to. The reason simply is that there is some level of evil in their lives. 1Jn. 3:3 says that anyone who hopes to partake in the rapture must become as pure as Jesus is. That is the standard for going to heaven. |

I had a dream of the end of the world and of spending my last day on the earth, and I heard the Lord say, "I want you to consider where you are spiritually. Are you where you need to be, or do you need to make some adjustments in your priorities? I want you to live every day of the rest of your life considering that it may be your last and being ready for My soon return. Don't spend one more day in complacency." Romans 13:11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. http://www.ft111.com/ |
Examples of word of Faith “Praise be to you the Most High God, as you cleanse me from all impurities and idols by your Holy Spirit (living water).” Ez. 36:25. Ph. 2:13 For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. “I thank you everlasting Father God for you enable me to will and to act according to your good purpose by your divine power through the Holy Spirit.” Ex. 15:26 He said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.” “By your grace, the Most High God, I shall obey all your commandments and you will not allow any of the diseases of this world to afflict me. You O God are my Jehovah rapha—the God who heals me.” “By your grace, O God, I shall be careful to obey all that you have commanded us through Jesus Christ. Then you will prosper me and make me successful.” Jo. 1:8 Re. 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. Jesus is knocking at the door by the promises of God. If we open the door through the word of faith, He will come in and be with us through the Holy Spirit. |
You must be baptized into Christ Ez. God gives grace through the Holy Spirit. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of God cannot receive the grace of God. In order to receive the Holy Spirit of God, you must be baptized into the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that a human being could draw near to God. It is only in Christ Jesus that a person could effectively practice the word of faith. |
Righteousness by Faith Ro. 10:5 Moses describes in this way the righteousness that is by the law: “The man who does these things will live by them.” [Lev. 18:5] Ro. 10:6 But the righteousness that is by faith says: Ro. 10:8 “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” [Deut. 30:14] that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming. God gives His grace to those who trust in Him. How is this trusting in God practiced? Ro. 10:8 says that it is through the word of faith. Word of faith is basically showing by our words that we believe God’s word; that is, speaking words that agree with the word of God and in the process calling things that are not as though they were. God gives His grace to those who demonstrate through their actions and words that they have faith in Him. |
Seeking righteousness Mt. 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Ro. 4:3 What does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” Ro. 4:13 It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. Ro. 4:16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring — not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all. Ro. |
The Promises of God Ex. 15:26 He said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.” Jo. 1:7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Jo. 1:8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. One thing I have noticed is that there is actually one basic promise of God and one basic condition attached. The basic promise is that God will provide everything a human being needs (but not wants)—safety, freedom from diseases, prosperity and success. The one basic condition that must be fulfilled in order for a person to enjoy the basic promise of God is righteousness. This then brings up the issue of how to grow in righteousness. |
1Th. 5:16 Be joyful always; 1Th. 5:17 pray continually; 1Th. 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. How could one always be joyful in this hard world? It must be by taking the above three verses of the Bible together. By this I mean that being joyful always can only be possible if the mind is always connected to God in an attitude of prayer and the prayer is full of thanksgiving and praise to God. What if the person is passing through tribulations? 2Pe. 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 2Pe. 1:4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. Ro. 4:17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” [Gen. 17:5] He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed — the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. God’s divine power is able to carry us through tribulations in such a way that the tribulations contribute positively to our lives, instead of negatively. In order for the divine power to work for us, in order for God to give life to the dead, we must be able to call things that are not as though they were. |
I remember Praise Books by Merlin Carothers (1924-2013). They impacted me so greatly; and I know that they impacted many lives around the world. Merlin Carothers said that the discovery of the power of praise-filled prayer was one of the most exciting experiences of his life. Praise and thanksgiving in times of trouble are hallmarks of faith. 1Th. 5:16 Be joyful always; 1Th. 5:17 pray continually; 1Th. 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. How could a person be joyful always, even in time of tribulation? It is possible only if the person practices advanced faith. Advanced faith is anchored on the ways of God. https://www.nairaland.com/3940590/how-enter-promised-land#58743796 Ro. 4:17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” [Gen. 17:5] He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed — the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. Ja. 1:2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, Ja. 1:3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Ja. 1:4 Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. The ways of God: God gives life to the dead and He calls the things that are not as though they were. When a person who practices advanced faith finds himself in tribulation, he doesn’t see tribulation as a negative thing, but rather as an opportunity to experience God in action. His heart is filled with joy because time of promotion has come. In order for expansion to occur, there must first of all be compression. Tribulation is compression; advanced faith brings God into the situation and thereby bring about expansion. In order for a person to ascend to heaven (rapture) from the land of the living, there must be extra-ordinary expansion and this requires prior extra-ordinary compression. It is only advanced faith that can convert the extra-ordinary compression into extra-ordinary expansion. Without advanced faith, the extra-ordinary compression leads to death—falling away from the faith. Re. 3:14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. Re. 3:15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! Re. 3:16 So, because you are lukewarm — neither hot nor cold — I am about to spit you out of my mouth. The church in Laodicea represents the end-time church. Jesus says that end-time Christians are lukewarm. The extra-ordinary compression that is the end-time tribulations will spit the lukewarm Christians out of the body of Christ. But the same end-time tribulations will make the hot Christians to expand in the Spirit and ascend to heaven. The difference between the hot and lukewarm Christian is the quality of their faith. He. 13:15 Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise — the fruit of lips that confess his name. Praising God during time of tribulation is really a sacrifice. The natural thing for a human being to do in time of tribulation is to look gloomy and have a bad attitude towards God for allowing such ugly situation to befall you. But the hot Christian immediately recognizes the trying situation as an opportunity to expand and begins to praise and thank God for the situation, using applicable word of God. He thanks God for using the tribulation to work out some good things in his life. Even though he may not be seeing the good things being worked out as the tribulation ensues, that is calling the things that are not as though they are. That is how the Spirit of God gives life to the dead. |
