That hospital needs to be shut down asap and the cmd made to face the consequences of his malpractice. Even if the quack culprits can't be found, Vitalis should not go unpunished for such carelessness and arrogance. I weep at how many lives have been lost due to preventable deaths. All Shawn needed at that point was an immediate blood transfusion and appropriate medications which any doctor even fresh out of med school shd be able to handle. So sorry for ur loss, and I pray u get justice and may God console ur family.

Acne can be very disturbing especially for ladies. I had an outbreak a few years back after trying a few facial creams and meds dt didn't help I stumbled upon the use of shea butter. I applied it on my face every night before I went to bed, took a while to get results but after a few months I was acne free. Now I can't stop using shea butter. Recently I met someone who uses black soap mixed with granulated sugar, she testifies to its efficacy so u may try that too. Goodluck

I wouldn't encourage this cuz apart from the fact dt it's a form of child abuse, a child cud aspirate ( food/ fluid getting into the trachea) and die from it. There are reasons why a child wud refuse to eat, he may not be hungry, the food may not be palatable or he may even be sick. Mothers shd learn to figure out such issues and address them instead of putting an innocent child through this form of torture.

Managing finances is very important in marriage and if not well handled can lead to serious issues. Every couple shd have a plan dt works. Here's wt I suggest, get a joint account for a certain percentage of ur monthly salaries while also maintaining ur separate individual accounts. The joint account shd be reserved or maybe used to purchase property. Let it be clear who takes care of what in the house but this can be flexible so dt when the going gets rough, the other can take care of any lapses. It's good and kind of u to give her some monthly allowance,women love to be taken care of no matter how rich they are. If she feels wt u give her isn't good enuf, explain to her why u may not be able to afford more. After all, no amount of money is ever enough cuz man's needs are insatiable so it all boils down to understanding.

He might likely died of gangrene. Whoever is bitten on finger, thumb or toe could have gangrene infection. And if not treated on time could lead to death or in some cases amputation. It is the seizure of blood supply to that part of the body bitten.
However, autopsy should be conducted on him to know the exact cause of death.

Gangrene? Not likely cuz gangrene takes a long time to set in. May have been a CVA ( cerebrovascular accident) which can occur following intense /aggressive exertion in this case the said incidence wt his neighbor if wt she said was true. An autopsy will be very helpful.
