Under the Human Capital Priorities Stream for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, how can someone show intention to reside in Ontario in the application and not having ties Ontario.
Or it's not applicable to some people.

Yes you can but you need to prepare a gift deed that will be signed by both you and your dad. This states that your dad gave you the money for the purpose of immigration, that the money is not tied down and readily available and is given to you with his consent. Many people have done this and they have gotten ppr.

Hello everyone, I earn 50k monthly, please concerning gift deeds, my dad promised to transfer the 3.7m into my savings account because I don't have the money for the pof and being backed up with affidavit. Please I can only leave this 3.7m for only 2months in my account before I submit eAPR. Hope I am fine with the 2month

Hi, I follow this thread religiously and comment once in a blue moon. Once in a while questions like this pop up and they make me wonder..... If you were travelling to Ghana, who much do you think you would need? If you can't answer that question then you are not prepared to go anywhere. Find out price of airfare, find out hotel rate, how much are you willing to spend on shopping? find out cost of transportation within the UK. All these can be gotten from the internet with a little patience. Add everything up plus spare then include additional spare change to spend when you get back. that is an accurate way of estimating what should be in your account when you apply. It's just common sense.

justwise: If you put it in your check-in luggage then it will be weighed but if you put it in your hand luggage it will not be weighted

Sorry about the refusal,did u present 2 accounts,did u check d company's account statement carefully that d required amount did not drop because if it drops in any occasion,they will start counting 28days from the time it meets the required amount again

bunburized: I paid my tuition online. It is the easiest means possible and probably the cheapest. Gave them my card details and voila my tuition was paid instantly.

ok,the account u run with ur ATM card is it domicilary acct or Naira account for u to be able to pay for ur tuition online?

Since u must pay online, pls do not submit / pay before ur 28 days is complete cos d ukba considers d date of payment as d application date so just chill till ur 28 days is up before doing d online payment.

Are u saying NORMAL Naira ATM Cards can do the payment despite the dollar payment required?

Please does anybody know, how online payment is going to be for UK visa payment as from next week monday because I can only apply next week when my 28days money is matured and i don't have a domiciliary account to do so Or Is there going to be e-wallet site to do so for fresh applicants?

Don Oms: I understand your situation and it is not uncommon with us Nigerians. The implication is this: It is risky. God forbid, (1) but if you have delay in your visa processing, it might lead to refusal; (2) or if refused visa, there will be no time to either re-apply or submit an Admin Review Notice.
While that is said, and in the hope that the above will not happen, this is what you should do. ENSURE you let your school indicate the deadline of resumption on your CAS. And if not, let them write an additional note along with your CAS to UKBA. And if not, let them send you an email telling you of the extension and then you print it out and add it to your application. Also, you may need to write a short formal introduction letter you will address to the UKBA and note there that there is a two-week extension on your resumption date.
If this is done, you will reduce the risk of refusal due to late application. But ensure you have every other thing correct and in order because you must be given the visa, else you will be forced to wait till another admission entry. Good Luck!

Thanks Don oms,I have the deadline on my CAS already, but should I still go ahead writing d letter notifying d 2weeks extension deadline or ECO will see it on the CAS.

i have not applied but when the money is 28days matured and about to apply,I will have 10 working days to school resumption and 2weeks for late resumption left .Please reply justwise or anybody.

Please if I do have 10 working days left for visa processing before the school resumption but the school gives 2weeks after the resumption as the deadline for intake, hope am still on safe ground.

Thanks. Finally printed my bank statement today.
Deposited my maintenance funds November 5th and printed today December 3rd. Am good to go y'all.
I am sure they will be blown off their seats when they see my closing balance ;
