Its normal o, my baby does it too. Its called army/snake crawl me i prefer to call it army crawl sha God forbid snake tins lolz. I read its in preparation for crawling very soon u'll see him doing 360 degree on his tummy when u place him on the bed or mat on the floor.

Hmmm, my first didn't stop waking up at night till she was 1. It was hard, there were times that I cried, googled, nothing worked, but twas a phase and it passed. She started sitting late too 6M,I don't think u should worry, just keep supporting with pillows. It will come to pass.......

Ha 1 ke abeg o make she no do dat too me, the past one and the half months has been hell for me I can't imagine taking it for another 7 months. This should pass quickly. Thanks I appreciate

Well, for my daughter when she started taking cereal, I took the pain to stop b.feeding at night, when she woke up I gave her cereal- it was a longer process (the whole standing up to make it as opposed to lying down and b.feeding) but it was worth it cuz within weeks of doing that she started sleeping thru the night

From a mom who googled 'when do babies start sleeping thru the night' a million times with groggy eyes, hang in there ok? It passes. Every stage is just for a little while and you miss it when it passes

You can teach her to sit but putting her to sit on a rug or chair and putting pillows around her

Lolz i've also googled i don tire, maybe i'll start with formula when she wakes up first then gradually move to cereal. Thanks i appreciate

@keji3, my baby refused to sit @ 5 months. At a time, I got tired of putting him to sit. He began to sit on his own at 6 months.
You can put her in walker and support her with wrapper, that was what I did.

As if u can see her lolz...once i put her into sitting position, she will jst slip on purpose with her back. I'll just keep at it thanks i appreciate

Cos u r picking her up immediately she cries makes her keep waking up. Y not leave her 4 a bit nd c if she sleeps back on her own. Else she 'll keep waking up even wen she is not hungry just 2 comfort feed nd it's not a good trend u r setting, just b consistent. 2ndly has she gained neck control? If yes u can start putting her 2 sit by support all her sides wit pillows. She can seat for like 5mins den wen she starts getting use 2 it u increase d time. Gradually she learns. Sorry 4 my epistle, oda mamas 'll ans.

Good morning mamas how are we all doing?
I have plenty questions this morning abeg make una bear with me and help me answer them. When do babies start sleeping for longer hours thru the night? My baby is 5 months old and we still wake up minimum of 5 times per night and she wants to comfort nurse everytime she wakes up to go back to sleep.
Pls is it necessary to teach a baby to sit or they do when they are ready? She's also not interested in sitting on her own and people are already bugging me that i didn't start early with her. For now she's only interested in rolling over and she's already rolling on both sides.

I got many different brands of diapers as gifts and i used everyone of them. I use of pack of 32 pieces for like a week and half and 40 for 2 weeks and i only change my baby 3 times in a day. I use my huggies over night cos its hard to get her back to sleep back so i always avoid overnight changes except for poop. How long a pack last mostly depends on how often u change ur baby.

My baby loves to drink water from a cup like an adult. Every other method is a "no-show". Once they start solids, they need water, you just need to be creative on how to give him.

Madam,she needs water o,breastmilk is no substitute for water once u stop exclusive.keep giving her wt a spoon at close intervals..my baby didnt take water @ all for abt 3weeks after i stopped exclusive...it was war o..if u force her she wont swallow,after crying wld just pour everything out...constipation is real..after 1 week of not pooing and always grunting,I had to beg my mum to come administer enema..i had bluntly refused before cos i read its not so safe for babies...thats how we got by for 3weeks till she started taking water and fruits o..u can also try using a dropper to give her water

Pls my 16dy old baby is always gassy. He hardly burps after feeding, I've tried every method I knw, only for him to start wriggling in pain like 30 mins later with bloated stomach. he only settles after farting & this sometimes doesn't come easily, massaging his stomach only helps a few times. Pls help a first time mum. It really bothers me to see him in pains.

Also if u've never tried sebamed healing cream for diaper rash, pls do it's the real deal though i never had to use it for diaper rash(my baby has never had diaper rash) my friend used out of the one i bought and her baby's diaper rash cleared in 2days. I also used it for heat rash one time and it worked though i'm not sure if i should have used it for the heat rash but the after results justified the use.

Still on sebamed, I don't think the one written in arabic is fake, it's just the country it was produced for that differs. If u check most of ur sebamed products, u'll see distrubed by a nigerian company in lagos here and that company is on the sebamed site as their sole distributor in nigeria so i feel the ones in arabic where imported by other sellers from places like dubai so hence the arabic language. Most companies with international distribution makes different label for their different market but mostly same content. I stand corrected sha o

@proudmum, i have vitamin A on my card for 6 months and like u we only took one ipv the matron told me none till 6 months.
Also about sebamed, i think they have different production countries like huggies does so it's always better to check for the one made in Germany na that one dey get plain english.
