Nearly happened to Rivers APC candidates. Wike paid Rivers INEC staff not to attend their Primaries. Few didnt turn up but the court held that the electoral did not state the party should force INEC to monitor their primaries provided it has officially inform them writing.

I know a banker girl who work for First bank here in Port Harcourt. 5 locations of POS is an understatement if I want to count the one she owns and she isn't the only one in this category. Trying to pretend you don't know about this is even a disservice to you.

CBN is actually the primary problem while the commercial banks are problems we deal with because we interact with them the most.

There have been seamless transition of notes from old to new more than 4 times in this country and even up till the Goodluck Jonathan's major note transition..and there have never been such chaos such as this

Worse of it all is that they did not only fail at cash transition, they decided to invoke panic when it's less than a month to an important election.

The difference in this one is that we want to go full cashless while others was just mere changing of currency. There was also no POS businesses owned by bankers then so no need to hoard monies
