NiRSAL has already open an account for you through your BVN. When your moratorium(a legally authorized period of delay in the performance of a legal obligation or the payment of a debt) elapses. They will start debiting from source (Whichever account that is credited with your BVN) if you refuse to fund your NIRSAL account

Some people received approval since june/july/August and haven't been paid yet.

I received an SMS from NBF that my Covid-19 loan have been approved which I click the link to validate my BVN and inputed my account details. This was since last Saturday and yet to receive any alert? How long does it take to get alert?
