Family / Re: "Virginity Doesn't Guarantee A Successful Marriage" Is A Statement Of Stupidity by kelbranty(m): 5:07pm On Oct 03, 2021 |
Being a virgin or "borehole" doesn't guarantee a successful marriage. FACT, not stupidity. Because there are several factors that to a great extent can guarantee a successful marriage not just one factor. So again, it's not a statement of stupidity. Let's even look at it, what makes you think a girl is a virgin? Was a test carried out or it's just because of the tightness and blood jmoore: 1 Like |

Oyerinde16: I have only one question. Does the contacts (I call them guarantors) on one's phone have any say in the loan process before it is disbursed, that is, do they have the right to say "that guy is a criminal, he won't pay back so don't give him loan. If you do, don't call me when he defaults" 3 Likes |

Beancounter94: What is the content of the message sent? Does a guarantor not have the right to know who he/she is guaranteeing? If you didn't contact a guarantor before giving out a loan, why then should you contact them when the loan enters default? If we go deep into their methods of recovery, these people should have been sued by the NPF, media houses and even some notable law firms because they impersonate them. 11 Likes |

Beancounter94: Taking a loan or defaulting is not even an issue here. But why sending unnecessary messages to people who never consented to been a guarantor? And they still charge for default also. What then is the need for default fee after sending defamatory messages 26 Likes |

KingTom: We shouldn't clap for the debtors, but we shouldn't clap for sokoloan as well. Their method of recovery is not fair, not to the debtor but the contacts on his/her (debtor) phone. The contacts aught to have agreed to be a a tool for recovery or be responsible for the payment in case of default before they can send such messages. If many of the contacts were contacted before the loans were disbursed, do you think most of them will agree to it? 15 Likes 1 Share |

I've seen many people access loan using letter of non indeptedness because the credit bureau portal wasn't updated and I've also seen people who are indepted to certain loan firms whose details don't appear on credit bureau portal |

If the shop was very helpful to the people around, yet people around could burn down the shop in the name of protest, then they don't deserve the shop around anymore (except they're contributing to rebuild). Thanks for this boss. Weekly delivery comes in. It also comes with different weekly complains. Meanwhile the only issue I had with the car before I gave the driver, I told him about it, allowed him drive so he can point out any other thing and I took the car to his recommended mechanic. I'm just concerned about the regular complains because in the over 8 months that I drove the car myself I've not had as much complain that he has given in less than 2 months Pearl1910: |

Good morning house Please is it okay if I use Google map to navigate my way around Lagos while driving on uber? Because I don't know my way around Lagos yet and that's why I gave my car out on rentals. Buy the driver has been full of complains. A car that's almost one year now. I was personally driving that car from Lagos to move then lagos to sagamu (to the office) daily for months and I only visited mechanic twice (other than the times I carried out servicing). I just want to know if using Google map would be an issue before I collect the car or should I just try another driver advice please |

Surprisingly many of the loan companies don't even put up anything in credit bureau. Also most banks know that many of the mfbs don't update their records on credit bureau and it's impossible to get letter of non indebtedness from these online lenders. In the long run he'll have to pay back the loan but for now that won't stop him from getting loans from commercial banks or mfbs. TCD: |

Seasons greeting to everyone. I finally decided to use my car for bolt myself but since I completed my driver registration over 3 days now, I've not gotten any response. I'll like to know if they're still onboarding new drivers. I have my inspection report already. |

Quick one. So if a person submits an application allowing access to his/her contacts and bank account, does that give right to sending stupid messages to the contacts or debiting the persons account twice and not refunding? Or even impersonating the NPF and some Broadcasting Channels like TVC all in the name of trying to recover a loan. By stupid message I mean calling someone a criminal on the run, a fraudster... the person you call a criminal or a fraudster also submitted his/her house address. Do any of the recovery agents visit the house to confirm that the person is actually fraudulent or on the run before sending such messages? It's only ok if they'll send a message to the contacts stating clearly that you got a loan and have refused to pay back. Nothing more. Anything more than that that's false gives the debtor edge over them. BTW it's only a matter of time before the attention of NPF and all broadcasting channels is drawn to how this loan collectors are impersonating them, then you'll know that the loan companies do not actually support their method of loan recovery like you do. Recover your loan by any means but do it right and legal. Acidosis: 5 Likes |
