Consider dca into these gems:
RIO = Fair launch and the real world asset narrative.
Naka/PYR/GFAL/= Play to earn (The next Axie infinity). Naka already done more than 14x, but will move a lot more in the bull market.
Trias = 100% in circulation. Popularly called the Ethereum of Asia. It is also deflationary.
Orai/TAO= The AI narrative play.
Chainge = Cross chain dex
Route = Interopability. The next quant.
WSM = wall street meme. The next meme coin to go parabolic.
RLB = The leading gamblefi narrative

Coins I will be accumulating

ARB, GNS

The layer 2 wars surely going to happen OP, Base, and matic will also do well. But decided to go with ARB.

Real word asset narrative: RIO

integrating nft with gaming, I feel nft narrative will come back again. So many project choice. Decided to go with imx as it just provides the layers 2 solution to nft gaming.

DEFI: route protocol, chng, trias, vra and so on, only chose two out of these.

There is no reason u shouldn’t be accumulating now, just dca. If it goes down more, just buy more.

Secret, selfkey and imx are my favored picks.

Although open heaven have made good call on certain project, I won't be jumping on this one yet. I mean the tokenomics doesn't seem right. The percentage being hold by whales is just way too much, if u must buy be very cautious.

For instance the eth Rollups is a good call, from research you can see a buzz around it, although I won't be jumping in early. Maybe if he can put up references backing the potential of this paper, just maybe it might be more appealing to buy.

There is so much fascination about few projects here like ftm, sand, mana, paper and the rest.

But I also think these projects are worth looking at: do look for a good entry point or just DCA.

PRE: this is basically like the google of the blockchain, has over 2.5m followers and you get coins for being an active user. The long view here is that this coin can be acquired by the big tech platform (You know who).

Luna: there is a reason this coin isn't much affected by the current dip, it is because it is the only top coin (correct me if am wrong) that isn't correlated with btc. basically when people rust to sell to stable coins they burn luna, making the price to increase.

The Imo State Government on Monday said it had recovered 43 oil wells hitherto ceded to the neighbouring Rivers State.

The Coordinator for Petroleum and Gas Matters to the Governor, Goodluck Opiah, who spoke in Owerri, said that the economy of the state was looking bright.

According to Opiah, 22 oil wells were recovered from the Mgbede Field in Egbema, Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area, and 21 oil wells from the Akri Field in Oguta LGA.

He reveled that the development had placed the state as the 4th largest oil producing State in the country.

Opiah noted that the recovered 43 oil wells would improve the revenue of the State, adding that the recovered 43 oil wells signified the preparedness of the governor to correct the ills of the past.

He said, “The oil wells were hitherto ceded to Rivers State. The ugly situation affected the revenue base of the state as we were recorded as one of the lowest oil producing states in the country. But with the recovery of the 43 oil wells, the story has changed, as we have become the 4th largest oil producing state.” ,,

With the gas coming onboard next year, Imo state is on it ways to become the country’s top earner. We just need leaders that will translate these incomes to verifiable projects across the state.

I think and industrial zone is quite a good idea, but many companies are still skeptical about investment until ANOH becomes fully operational, but I think the govt should push strongly for the establishment and have a signed agreement that stipulation conditions, as this halted the growth of Industries in Aba.

I remember the hopes and excitement about geometric power plant and how excited moribund industries within Aba axis were, but all that hope got squashed as Emeka ofor failed to understand the economic impact Barth Nnaji had in place, he basically looked at it from a business point of view.

FYI: This constant complain about hotels, are there many hotel in Owerri than needed ? Yes, but remember this isn’t built by govt, do we now start telling people how to spend there hard earn money ?

I think he is also interested in how those processed gas help in attracting industrial and manufacturing concerns into the state by tapping the 'cheap' gas produced
Well it is actually attracting industries to imo. Innoson is building his biggest production line in imo state, not due to his likeness for imo, but purely because of the benefit. Click this link for a direct quote from him. https://igbodefender.com/2020/08/16/innoson-to-set-up-car-manufacturing-company-in-imo-state/

Zinox also has shown interest in setting up a laptop manufacturing unit. These projects are all within that axis.

Is it proper tarring or Rochas standard tarring that will wash away after a couple of heavy downpours?

Anyone know how all these gas projects will benefit the coffers of Imo state gov’t? The gas being supplied to other parts of the country from Imo gas fields...how does it benefit the states IGR? Anyone?
They recently commissioned a 200bed infectious disease center as part of there CRS and they will be spending approximately 1billion per year on corporate social responsibilities, this specifically applies to Seplat.

In addition, there is a framework for a job quota to the community/senatorial zone/state with a ratio of 10%/15%/20% respectively, these percentages are encompassing (don’t quote me on these, I read these figures a few years ago)

Additionally, IMO state govt will benefit through taxation and percentage based on amount of gas drilled.

There are plans for Anoh to erect a state of the art office at a price location in Owerri, and an establishment of a school that will liaise with oil rich training facilities in Texas for training and knowledge sharing.

In a nutshell the benefits are immeasurable.

But the problem lies in the implementation.

Can you ever get Nsukka man say he sees Enugu as home while Nsukka was abandoned by government?
Can you see Ngwa man say he sees Umuahia as home while Aba is abandoned by government?

Fake propaganda online by poorly educated people like you helps the smart ones fleece your state and leave you a one town state.
One town state: A complete lie. Development has cut accross multiple LGA.
And where are they leaving to? Am guessing your state. The population of imo state is steadily increasing according to NBS and census figure.

Orlu road under reconstruction?
So Lagos-Ibadan express road under reconstruction is Ibadan road?
The half-baked education synonymous with most of you people out there is reason why the few smart ones fleece your state and make your state a one town state. Name any Nsukka man who can say that he is content with Enugu as his home while Nsukka is bush?
Or any Ngwa man who shall say he is content with having Umuahia as his home while Aba is abandoned by government?
Orlu people you say are happy with having Owerri as their home. You invented the happiness to suit your chicken mind.
Imolite are light years ahead of you and your parochial mindset. Orlu worth is more than those places you mentioned, we have a nearly billion dollar investment and a thriving refinery. There is no senatorial zone that has attracted more than that in recent times. I ask again why are u crying more than the bereaved?
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by Kelechi121:
The fact is that the refinery and gas plant is in Orlu zone, there are no ifs and buts, fact is fact. Every imolite has a stake in Owerri, we in imo state are not parochial, I have never seen anybody from Orlu complain about Owerri, it is always from someone who doesn’t have a stake in imo state. Now they are spreading misinformation that it is only one town that is developed in imo state, when development has cut across multiple LGA.

How can u be more afflicted than the affected. We see Owerri as our home as well and Orlu have ruled the state for the longest. Please let’s continue discussion about IMO state without this constant interjection.

Orlu road is currently in works and their is huge gas project going on there, with the addition of a refinery. So all the complain about Owerri is hogwash. You guys are sounding like a broken record. The development in Owerri has surpassed Owerri to many other LGA. So quit this only Owerri mantra. Stop crying more than the bereaved.

No I don't have pictures, but I held it's located off ph road, a 5 floor shopping complex, with underground car park like it's Abuja branch
I hope they improve the architecture of the Owerri complex, there Abuja complex is quite mundane. Have they started the project?

There prices are relatively affordable, so it is a good addition to Owerri.

You are right, those panel are for solar energy generation. Sustainability is one of the key attributes of the project. You can also see a lot of translucent glass exterior from the design, this is to allow natural light to permit through.

just like jabi lake Mall abuja
Jabi is a lot bigger, but they do have some similarities. I think I prefer a medium size mall to a large scale mall. Many outlets in Jabi mall isn’t occupied. But with Kunoch I believe it will be mostly occupied as it will serve new Owerri. Better to have 10 medium size mostly occupied malls, than to have 5 gigantic malls with many outlets unoccupied.

This is the prototype of the aforementioned Kunoch mall Owerri. Owerri will truly become remarkable as sky mall and Kunoch mall takes shape, to add to the cluster of existing malls.
The things Owerri is getting right includes:
1)Standard hotels (Rento hotel to is the latest addition)
2) Night clubs
3) Upscale retail shopping
4) standardized automobile center
5) Relaxation and eatery location

I initially visited the site, but had to quit as the admin stated in one of his post that the site is strictly for Anamabra, am guessing the post is still there. The whole component of the site is centred around Anambra. I think more effort should be made to make other states feel accommodated. The truth is that site would have fared better if centred around any other Eastern state apart from Anambra. No one one likes a braggarts and I guess that's why Seun will keep winnning.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by Kelechi121: 10:23pm On Dec 25, 2015
The truth is that imo state is one of the most liveable places in Nigeria, people that think they are attacking Okorocha by attacking imo state, are doing great disservice to themselves. Make no mistake about it, imo state is the future of Eastern region as oil prices are going down the drain, imo will provide a tremendous gas supply which will equal the future challenges of the Nigerian state. So you might want to bow down to the King.

The fact is the colour of the mall is very uninspiring, even the colour of the Ghananian mall posted looks shabby, I will personally recommend the changing of the colour of the mall, as it makes it looks bland. The colour of Westfield mall below should be more appropriate. If you want to be a major player, play in the big league rather than minor league.

PoliticsRe: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by Kelechi121: 9:40am On Nov 30, 2015
Anambra performance in Education sector might be more innate rather than infrastructure provided by the Government. Prior to the revamp in the Education sector, Anambra has always had egg heads, Although the provision of infrastructure will certainly help in improving it's performance, but I really doubt that it is solely due to infrastructure, as I know states with better Education infrastructure but failed to live up to expectation.
