After September, the next excuse would be 'let us refine the crude oil we buy in Naira first in October'..

In October, it would be 'crude oil takes time to refine esp Petrol' we would start roll out in November'

In November it would be 'the year has almost ended.. let's use it as new year gift to Nigerians, till Jan 1st'

Imagine an American President purchasing an Airforce one through the back door without budgetary approval or Parliamentary approval. It's unthinkable..

This is one of the result of building strong men and weakening all your institutions, from Parliament to Judiciary, to INEC, to etc..

Until another election approaches.. they would return to lie to you, that's when you matter to them.

Would they have allowed this to fly if there was a candidate?! 🤔

At least government is trying to give them a good pay package but most of these judge still use their office for personal aggrandizement.. issuing out exparte orders to the highest bidders..🤔

One could recall when highway robbery and killing was prevalent in the late 80s and 90s.. criminals were put to firing squad and hanging, the scourge reduced drastically..

Now criminals stay in custody on trial for 15yrs+ .. Evans is still in custody as we speak. So how would kidnapping end.

Those In Authority should also scale up the use of intelligence... a situation where kidnappers and their spouses flaunt ransome cash on social media can not be acceptable.

It's not the borrowing that is the issue... It's the proper and prudent use of the money that remains the issue, as well as service and repayment plans.
