Chairman kelvin2yk, i'm trying to find any information you have given in this forum that has come to pass, that gives you the right to call someone a liar, but i did not find any. You can invariably say the person is telling lies and not call someone a liar. I think you have to wait till the information you have given comes to pass before you can have such rights to insult anyone.
Secondly Even if it is the E department that approves the training venue, duration, and resumption date, it is still the PSC that will pass it across to us,so everything still boils down to the PSC.

The list uploaded is nothing but a reflection of system collapse, autocracy and high level of injustice. After investing hugely to the exercise in terms of finances, time, energy and risk of life just because we desire to effect change and we believe we have all it takes to be enlisted by virtue of our academic qualifications, professional qualifications and having passed through the 3 stages successfuly, it is fustrating to behold the list. Seeing many names who did not even apply is discouraging. If such a sensitive national issue can be handled in this manner, where are we heading?

The letter just reached DIG 'E' Department (training )today and it was dated 15/05/2013. I have a friend working in 'E' Department.

Information reaching me now is that PSC has sent a letter to the IGP to biu them the training venue, and resumption date of the ICT and the IGP has forwarded the same to the DIG 'E' Department (training ) to write a memo to estimate cost of the training, venue, duration of the training and resumption date and should be submitted to him (IGP ) on or before nxt week wednesday.
