Oga spyder [color=#770077][/color] and the house in general, please i intend to emback on a new project, the project will be a relaxsation center in my home town of owerri.
I intend traveling home by november to start this project but my problem is that after all my bad experinces in giving a progect to an engineer with out being on ground, am not sure i want to do this again. So this time, i have decided to be on ground while the project is going on.

My question is, will 3.5m be able to take this project to decking level? The land is a plot of 50ft by 100 ft and i intend to make use of 30ft by 60ft. The project will consist of a mini hall in form of a dancing bar, a mini eatry and a changing room for staffs. The upper floor will accomodate a 4 rooms retreat coner, a vip lounge and an office for administrative purposes.

I need this advice cos i want to make sure that i have enough cash up untill decking. If 3.5m is not enough, what do you surgest i budget for this level of the project.

am alone, truth be told u are very right exactly what i told him i said 10m should be the right amount to have gone in there.
the fact is that i am not ok with the rubish design  on the fence which am about to remove. the doors i will also remove am just so pissed that this kind of people still exist. Am also temted to remove the entire roof after falling in love with yours but am not very sure what the cost effect would look like.
People like this just makes one mad, i did a 3 bedroom bungalow 2 years ago my self and all i spent was a little above 5.4m


Am alone, what would you advice as regards the roof changing

spyder man my brother, the house is not so big, 4 bedrooms 12 by 12 standard room the masters is a bit big, 18 by 16 and the leaving space 20 by 17. i understand he used some quality materials like tiles and the masters and leaving space also the dining were screeded but yet i think its too much. if i continue this way, i might end up spending 20m for this project.

am right now in town and i have decided to do the rest of the job my self

its a 4 bedrooms down and a masters up stairs. from what i read from spyder i think am wasting money. the amount is inclusive of the fencing and the little security place.

this is the very best topic i have ever read on this forum.
so guys can u help on this, my contractor has so far sunk in 13.5m in this project yet its far from over.

for me i would go for the infinity any day, but would like you to advice, And what if i go for a 03 or 04 fx, how much would i be looking at.

@ Ant01 The total cost of the roofing is approximately 1.1m. This is including the labor cost.
