The issue of 'unattractiveness' applies more to the male folks. You hardly find an attractive man nowadays, all you guyz spend your time thinking about is how to make money, you don't seem to care about your appearance, making you look less attractive unlike the female folks that spend more time taking care of their looks, our looks are more important to us

The truth is everyone's afraid of something, but acknowledging/recognising them is the very first step to overcoming our fears. Avoiding them does not make them disappear.

At some point I was so afraid of not meeting my own expectations- 'self doubt' probably borne out of imagination, which in turn prevented me from acting on so many things thus; limiting my chances to prospective benefits, though dealing with it was never easy but Hasbiyallah!

Masha'Allah. I have a question though! Is there anything as a healthy/constructive envy in Islam? In a case where a Muslim envies another Muslim fellow definitely not in a destructive way, and strive to be like them, does that also count as sin?

I use paracetamol every once in a month which eases the pain for me, but I heard paracetamol is addictive and I'd like to go all natural by not using any drug. Is it really possible to control the pains without drugs?
