Ofcourse with his credit card, his card won't be charged until the date he booked to arrive. Also almost all the bookings can be cancelled a day before arrival, all he has to do is book and confirm with his card, print the reservation and cancel the booking in the next 1 hour.

If they don't see a hotel reservation with you, that will be their avenue to exploit you. Booking hotel is not hard.

Go to www.Booking.com, choose any cheap hotel there and input your details, then book 1 week on hold to pay when you arrive Dubai. Then print out the hotel reservation which will carry your information like name etc. Show them at the airport and that will suffice.

Depends...i hear Qatar is good for jobs basically and construction too...but UAE as well...however if you mean labor work then i guess i would not recommend any...just me saying...its 10-12 hours work 6 days a week and the pay is not as much...but if you feel you can cope then its OK to start after all you will not be doing such kinds of work forever...

but if you mean for civil engineer, mechanical engineer, foreman etc. then i believe both UAE and Qatar are OK

The age thing is old stuff but what is more important is that maybe the person who wants to help you with the visa means he will deposit 2k dirhams with the airline...mostly emirates cos etihad doesnt do stuff like that as in book your visa for you. so if u put 2k aed + 800 for visa fees...thats 2800...which by the present exchange rate is around 170800...and for u to send the money you will need to add something so that the exact amount can be withdrawn from atm...due to high bank charges...so give or take he just wants to chop small change from you...IF HE IS FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE I MENTIONED HERE...

As bad as it seems this is the reality here. She could be innocent and have a clean motive. I am yet to see an unskilled or semi-skilled Direct employment which was done for free. The cost mostly depends on the salary with Taxi driving and security jobs being the most expensive. These jobs pay better than many other unskilled jobs. I'm not advocating for agents but the system here is a little bit bogus. Anyone here understands this and that's the bitter truth. Most Indians and Pakistanis dictates the tunes in this game so it's not a Nigerian thing alone.
