The value of N140 in 2012 is not the same as the N140 in 2022. Taking into consideration inflation ad other economic factors, Jonathan was most likely asking us to pay an equivalent of N350 per liter in today's money so the protest back then was justified

Ur Otueke thief couldn't even build the mbiama bridge that leads to his state, I was on that bridge back in 2015 during heavy traffic along mbiama and the bridge was shaking like hell, I was scared it could collapse.
It was Buhari that had to rebuild a bridge leading to Bayelsa.

Education › Re: What Was Russia's Performance In World WW1? by ken6488(m): 10:24am On Mar 03, 2022
gistmega:
The whole world knows that the US won that war. I don't know what book of history you read. Maybe you read it from the back. The U.S. mobilized about the same number of troops as Russia but fought on more major front lines. And without U.S. supplies, the Soviet war effort would have been massively diminished. America supplied Stalin with 400,000 trucks, 2,000 locomotives, more than 10,000 rail rolling stock and billions of dollars' worth of warplanes, tanks, food and clothing. At the same time, the U.S. also supplied nearly a quarter of Britain’s munitions.
The U.S allied with Russia(USSR) and Britain to take down the axis power.
Please, furnish me the facts and references that prove me wrong. The first world war, Russia lost and called for peace. The second, Hitler invaded Kiev and fought the British on the alternate front line. How did they win it FOR the allied forces when the allied provided the distraction to allow the USSR reinforcement? How did they win with the U.S and U.K on their side

I want you to remember one thing, the war was Hitler against these giants at the same time. Figure that!
ussr won Germany

A country as big as India shouldn't be neutral in matters like this, South Africa should ditch that neutral nonsense like Nigeria if Africa must be taken seriously in international affairs. The world needs to know where we stand in critical matters like this.

SA is also being hypocritic here; they've been antagonising Israel over Palestine why not also voice out against Russia over this senseless invation of a sovereign country
do you know sa and Russia are allies

honestly putin bleeped up, the French president just addressed his country. France has the plan to completely become independent of Russian gas. He is asking that the EU head of state meet to enforce EU both in defense and economy. Georgia is to immediately apply for EU membership as we speak. Putin just got the opposite of what he wanted.
Seems the west want a world war

"At long last just as the Russian have broken through the last Ukrainian resistance, Ethan Hunt and his team had just undergone a mission impossible; retrieving the Russian nuclear launch code deep inside Siberia.

With that, the US finally entered the war with the Allied Forces, bombing and dismantling the Russian offensive with the Falcons (Viper Edition), Rafael and Typhoons leading the ground attack. The Strike Eagle
leading the Air Superiority dogfight. The Lightening II being the Quarter back and calling the shots. The Raptors taking out enemy aircraft from afar and making sure the allied forces are safe.

To teach the Russian in a language they understand, the Raider finally make an appearance in the theatre, flying a deep strike mission in Russian territory taking out their SAMs sites.

Finally like the dictators before him, Hitler II is ousted by the freedom defenders"

"This operation is code named 'Operation Enduring Freedom II'. Freedom will always prevail over tyranny"

Every scenario in this story is true except for the part that aren't grin
let skip to the finale

Both Ukraine, Russia, Europe, USA all will be returned to the stone age (if at all any one survived)

Brother killing brothers

Anyway, so the Ukrainians, Russians and the people of Belarus draw their lineage from this Slavic state of Kievan Rus. For centuries that followed, Ukraine was under Russian rule and then in the 1900s, when the USSR was present, Russia was the strongest Soviet state followed by Ukraine. Ukraine had defence industries and housed almost all the nuclear missiles of the USSR. During 1991 when the Cold War ended and the USSR collapsed, Ukraine became an independent nation and so did Russia. Since Ukraine housed the majority of the nuclear arsenal, it inherited 176 intercontinental ballistic missiles, 1,294 nuclear warheads, 44 EGIC Bombers, 700 Nuclear-tipped cruise missiles and 2,000 tactical nuclear weapons. They had to give them back to Russia three years later in exchange for a promise that Russia would respect Ukraine’s sovereignty. The two countries signed an agreement for the same.

In 2013, Ukraine’s President Viktor Yanukavych rejected a trade deal with the European Union, which otherwise, could have improved Ukraine’s ties with the rest of Europe and NATO countries. Instead, he took a 15 billion dollar bailout from Russia, which many Ukrainians felt was selling the country to Russia and consequently, protests broke out. In February 2014, the government was toppled and that angered Russia because the former Ukrainian President was a puppet to Putin who rejected the EU Trade Deal and literally sold his country to him. This is when Putin laid his eyes on Crimea doodads and invasion of Ukraine.

Putin will fail watch it unfold

President Vladimir Putin is using this Invasion of Ukraine to draw the REDLINES over what has been the constant tradition of the west to take countries that were part of the former soviet republics to join NATO.

Infact, he had endured this pains for so long till the west got him charged up to fight back.

Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, etc are now NATO members.

Russia is not happy with this development as Russia told the west not to advance Eastward into former Soviet territory.

BRITAIN, USA AND THE EU with their KNOW KNOW kept on cripping into Russia controlled state.

UKRAINE represent the last warning.
Exactly NATO is the one risking a nuclear war

Hmm...

A no-fly zone will certainly bring the West into direct conflict with Russia.

This war was unnecessary. Russia could have used progressively tougher political, economic, diplomatic & social sanctions to frustrate Ukraine being made a NATO member...

That Putin feels annexing Ukraine is the best way to stop Ukraine joining NATO shows that Ukrainians were right all along to be worried about the Russian threat...

Ukraine is an independent nation & reserves the right to defend its territory from external invasion... however, Zelensky needs to also quickly explore a diplomatic avenue out of the impasse while Putin needs to show good faith by halting further attacks & advances so as to give chance for a diplomatic resolution of the matter...
do you know how close Ukraine is to Moscow
