Suicide squad is being re-shot.... The studio are doing everything to make ss different frm bvs by adding humour etc and its costing millions to do this

I already said it b4 that relying on box office numbers to judge a movie is flawed thinking!! A movie can make as much money as it wants. What matters most is what you see with ur own two eyes when u actually see the movie.

Gravity(Sandra Bullock) made mo' money than Man of Steel. And even a 10 yr old would know dat Man of Steel for all its flaws was a much better movie than Gravity in so many aspects...

The success of a movie isn't based solely on its box office numbers....

Imo its the main priority, a movie can have all critics praising or bashing or whatever but at the end of the day, its the money that matters...
If was Head of warner bros and someone tells me that box office success was'nt the aim, i will say you are insane.. critics/awards means little in the grand scheme of things

yep its playing... its expected to hit 800 milli by the end of the week

It definitely will be a somewhat dissapointing if this doesn't hit atleast $900m considering deadpool(admittedly a superior movie) is edging closer to $800m(currently on 746m) and also deadpool had a budget of 58m compared to bvs which was a a whopping 250m......
Consider also that deapool was banned in china, which would have guareenteed a billion.

there's absolutely no way ighalo stays on the bench.he's nigeria's best striker so imo he should start if fit.... iheanacho isn't good enough at this point in time....
I will back ighalo to score over kelechi in egypt, why because at this moment he is d better striker

for me there's no contest between two on which i rate more..... captain america:Cw imo has much better storyline/potential than bvs ever had....The only thing bvs had going for them is the fact that we had two widely known superheroes on the big screen so definitely there will be buzz surrounding it..
Captain America:Cw is the movie i'm looking forward to cos it got much better package like emotionally and superior plots....
Not fogetting that the last winter soldier was awsome.... Arguably in the top5 comic movies ever made..I believe in the russo brothers

I was honestly This film has to break even, so that's at least double its budget, with a budget of $250 million, it has to make at least $500 million...and we don't know if the budget includes the marketing costs. It all depends on word of mouth, if av This film can make $400 million easy, but the budget is big thing, it needs to make around $600 to $800 million. $1b is not going to happen, unless fanboys decide to camp at the cinema or someone decides to make a Faustian deal. It hinges on word of mouth. I can see it getting $600 million, if folks decide to watch it like a Michael Bay film.

jesse eisenberg portrays ridley rather than lex luthor.... when i first heard of this casting choice,i thought he was gonna be a mark zuckerberg/genuis and also a psycho rather we have this ridley wannabe portrayal...

Oh also, the people who are saying this is a pile of garbage are completely wrong and should not be taken seriously. The film does have some major editing issues but beyond that, the film is very solid... the only issue aside from editing that gets in the way is Lex with him being out of place and very annoying. I also have a hard time calling him Lex Luther since he was not Lex Luther AT ALL.

Watching Alexander (I'm hesitant to call him Lex) forcibly shove a Jolly Rancher into another man's mouth and then gleefully lick his fingers afterwards tells you all you need to know about the character: chiefly that he's a weirdo who has no place in this movie. BVS tries to be so ultra dark and serious, and then this clown is the villain? Traditional Lex Luthor would have fit in here so nicely. It's completely baffling to me why Snyder and Terrio and co. went with a Luthor Jr. with surfer-dude-bro hair who sinks sick shots on the basketball court. You put Bryan Cranston or Joaquin Phoenix in the role of traditional Lex Luthor and you have a terrifying and fitting villain. You put Jesse Eisenberg in the role and make him Lexy Jr with Daddy Issues and you get a joke of a villain. Articles from earlier today also reveal Eisenberg originally tested for the Riddler, who was going to be in the movie. (The producer, Charles Roven, didn't outright name the character but it seems obvious that's who Eisenberg was originally looked at for). Then they like Eisenberg so they make him the villain. Go figure.

why sack him tho? forget critics, this movie from all i have read is quite good...most people who have seen it are scoring it 8/10 or even 9..personally i'm looking forward to it...
it seems like ben affleck nailed his role as the batman.can't wait to see the new batman,one from all indications is very good in hand to hand combats unlike the weak batman in nolan's trilogy..
