lagos has a very high internally generated revenue, total money dat lagos gets is 4 times the total akwa ibom gets. Not to talk of bayelsa and delta.

Am not saying he is not doing well but it's is easy to do well with d kind of money dat lagos generates. He can steal half of the income and still perform well.
