I do not know how trure this is. You know the media has been so cowered now unlike during GEJ's time when press had freedom to report anything.

In any case, in the early parts of 2015, after APC & others connived with America not to sell weapons to GEJ over the years, Russian weapons finally came and Boko was really going down already as of end of May 2015.

Remember the same Buhari & opposition plus the West were always opposed to "negotiating with terrorists".
