I agree with the poster that the white is intelligent and I can attest to that. While it's never been proven, but I can tell there are a number of reasons some of which have been stated by some of the commenters above. Myself sometimes I wonder how God created some race to be more intelligent than others. But there are a number of factors like , climate, environment and DNA transfer. climate and environment I believe have been explained by some commenters. The insects in the tropical regions for example mosquitoes plays a negative role in our mental development and capacity. Many people understand estimate the negative effect of the diseases caused by mosquitoes to the brain. Ability to be creative could arise from comfort as well as from discomfort but the most important thing is the ability to think clearly. The food we eat in this part of the world might also contribute to our level of intelligence. Over time I believe, intelligence is something could also be inherited in the form of DNA.
