I want to get my ciin certification. How long will it take me?
I studied chemistry in unilag,

The exam is at your pace. As a science student there'll be no exemptions for you, you'll need to write all the required papers (I think it's 6 papers per stage now).

The exams are written twice in a year (April and October diets).

You can pick the numbers of papers you think you can write.

I wish you all the best

Why not start as an auxiliary nurse for now, seems as though it's a career you have interest in. You can still be running your business by the

side, then get a nursing school form when you're more balanced?

Please What is the pass mark for the exams

There is no benchmark for the passmark, as I heard. Passmarks are determined by the exam body after the examinations.

This means the pass rate determines the pass mark, I guess.

There’s no exam centre in Lagos. While registering, select the 'National Centre. It's the centre at Asese, Ogun State. It's before Mowe (As-salam bustop).

Good afternoon house.

I will appreciate it if I can get matured and quality advice here.

Married for three years.

We had a still birth the 30th day of December 2020 after wife discovered baby wasn't kicking as expected and we visited the hospital for checks. Breathing test was done on the womb and it was cleared baby breath wasn't coming up. Obviously, baby gone and next thing is evacuation at exactly 8 months gone. It was discovered when the baby came out, it was chromosomally abnormalities. Thank God, wife was able to get over it.

Fast forward to today exactly one year after the last experience, seven weeks gone into pregnancy, wifey just discovered wetness in her panties, lo and behold, blood with thick cloth stained the pant, entered toilet to clean, and immediately drove to the hospital. Doctor run check, cervix was opened and blood flow. Meaning, no more baby in intact shape. Evacuation done afterwards

Really sorry if I couldn't place all in the write but I believe experienced mom's understand the little I can put up.

Your wealth of experience is needed for advice.

Many thanks house.

Do have a beautiful and blissful new year ahead.

I'm so sorry for your losses papa.

Please you need to change your hospital.

If you're in Lagos, I'd suggest you go to Island Maternity or any good Govt hospitals. They have experienced hands there.

If not, please ask for good hospitals in your location.

You will receive your miracle soon by God's grace. Please take care of our mama

Thanks ma. I've just gotten the cabbage, I'll do that tomorrow by God's grace. Pls how long does it take for it to dry off and for the pain to disappear

Alright mama.

Mine was 3 days for the swelling to go down and for it to stop leaking. The pain will disappear when engorgement stops

Drying off completely took about 1 to 2 months. I got tired of pressing to check if milk was completely dry.

Sorry mama.

Please take paracetamol for the pains. I used cold cabbage leaves during mine and a tight bra,

and they helped 'cos I didn't need to take any pain reliever.

Mommas, I greet o.

32 weeks gone and the way I feel so uncomfortable in my stomach lately makes me tired and teary at same.

Went for a scan lately be sure the regular movements, pressure and pains are normal and all was seen to be fine. Yet it can be so discomforting. I barely can lie down with ease these days. So much weight below my belly button and scan shows baby is just 1.7kg

God, I am already tired.

Sorry mama.

Hang on mama, you're almost there.

You'd forget all the discomforts when you eventually see your little cutie

Hello mommas, please, what could be the cause of stomach upset in a new born. He's reducing in weight, stooling, crying always and not been able to sleep well.
I was just told this afternoon how my little boy is doing and I was so scared and couldn't concentrate at work.
They said they have been treating him but no changes.
Please, What can we do?

Sorry papa.

It might be colic. It's peculiar to male kids. There are medications for it, but please see a doctor.

I wish our baby well.

no prob sis, jt wanna make sum enquires abt dere process and fees so dat I ll prepare ahead b4 going because I stays on d Island

Oh, okay.

Registration is on Thursdays. But you have to go early because those lazy nurses have limits per day.

Registration fee is about 30k, I think 27,700 during my time and you'd be advised to come with cash to hasten the process.

After registration, you'd be taken to a hall for lectures and your vitals will be checked according to your number. You might be lucky to get scanned on the same day or be told to come back.

Then you go to records with your personal card given to book an appointment according to the date written on the card, and then you go home after a long day cheesy

I'd advise you go early if you want to return home on time

I am at my mom's place now.
It's just crazy when the one who claims to love you takes you for a fool.
I didn't have a dime on me since Saturday.
I was hungry throughout yesterday till I borrowed money from a neighbour to go to mom's place so I can at least eat.
My kids were hungry. My baby cried ehn. I bought sachet cerelac for her to manage. She stooled like crazy. When I told him that it makes her stool, he said I should continue it, her body will get used to it. I has to ignore and get Nutribom from a shop at our busstop to pay later. This was after he warned me to mind what I say to him.
I don't have a single pin that I can say I bought for myself this year.
Little capital that I was able to gather to sell small stuff this Christmas in my school, I was forced to use it to pay part of my children's school fees after they had been away from school for over 2 weeks.
And he is not bothered.
How many will I write? I am tired of complaining.
I just want to have something doing on the side so I can take care of myself and my kids. So many opportunities for me but thanks to Father Grace. Debts here and there so I can eat. cry cry
I'm a teacher.
My head wants to explode.
I need help.

I'm practically lost for words embarassed

Please ignore all that he is doing and put your attention on your kids.

I wish I could help, but I pray God sends a helper your way.

Please don't bottle your anger up in you, speak to your mum or someone close about it to relieve you of the emotional burden

Hmm, even to the water she drinks she still vomits. We have visited and complained to our doctor. He says the nausea and vomiting will stop.

I had the same symptoms during my time. Nothing stayed down there. Hubby was really helpful because we tried several foods just to supply the necessary nutrients and to stay hydrated.

Surprisingly, it all stopped and eating returned to normal immediately 1st trimester was over.

Since you have a doctor's advice, worry less papa it will all soon be over.

My woman is in her third trimester (7th month to be precise) but her nausea and vomiting is becoming worse. She barely keeps anything she eats down.

To mothers who have experienced this, what can be done about this? I am really worried.

Some mothers experience nausea all through their pregnancy and some don't.

She can observe the foods that trigger throwing up and avoid them.

But I'd advice you visit your doctor, just in case of dehydration, exhaustion... just to be on the safer side.

Sorry papa
